In exercise of the power conferred under section 18 of the COVID-19 (Prevention and Control) Act, No. 9 of 2020, the Minister responsible for health, makes this Order:
Citation
1. This Order may be cited as the COVID-19 (Prevention and Control) (Restriction of Access to Area) Order, 2020.
Restriction of access to area by fishermen
2. In an effort to prevent, protect against, delay or otherwise control the incidence or transmission of COVID-19, a registered local fisherman shall not enter or leave an area including a designated landing area under regulation 23 of the Fisheries Regulations, Cap. 7.15 from the 2nd day of November, 2020 to the 8th day of November, 2020.

In exercise of the power conferred under section 17 of the COVID-19 (Prevention and Control) Act, No. 9 of 2020, the Minister responsible for health, makes this Order:
Citation
1. This Order may be cited as the COVID-19 (Prevention and Control) (Physical Distancing) (No. 2) Order, 2020.
Physical distancing
2. In an effort to prevent the spread of COVID-19, a person shall distance himself or herself at a space of no less than three feet from another person.
Duty of business, establishment or office
3. A business, establishment or office —
(a) shall ensure that a customer and staff maintain physical distancing in accordance with section 2 in or outside the business, establishment or office;
(b) shall determine the number of persons that may be permitted in the business, establishment or office at any one time by permitting one person for every nine or more square feet of space;
(c) may place prominent distance markers, indicating where each customer must stand on a line at a checkout point; and
(d) may place distance markers apart on the outside of the business, establishment or office, indicating where customers must stand while waiting to enter the business, establishment or office.

Operation of educational institutions 4.—(1) An educational institution shall remain closed until the 30th
day of November, 2020.
(2) Subsection (1) does not prohibit an activity that can be performed by electronic or virtual means.
Operation of business, establishment or office
5.—(1) A business, establishment or office shall cease operation at 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. on each day.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to —
(a) essential services;
(b) public or private protective services;
(c) manufacturing services;
(d) public transportation;
(e) agricultural and agro-processing;
(f) a certified accommodation provider.
Sale and disposal of intoxicating liquor
6.—(1) A person may only consume intoxicating liquor at a restaurant and a certified accommodation provider.
(2) A person with a valid licence under the Liquor Licence Act, Cap. 13.17 other than a restaurant and a certified accommodation provider under subsection (1), shall not permit a person, on the licensed premises, to —
(a) consume intoxicating liquor;
(b) loiter;
(c) assemble; or
(d) socialize.
(3) In this section, “licensed premises” means a building or place for which a liquor licence has been granted under the Liquor Licence Act, Cap. 13.17.

Revocation
7. The COVID-19 (Prevention and Control) (Physical Distancing) Order, Statutory Instrument, No. 151 of 2020 is revoked.
Expiry
8. This Order expires on the 30th day of November, 2020.

In exercise of the power conferred under section 16 of the COVID-19 (Prevention and Control) Act, No. 9 of 2020, the Minister responsible for health, makes this Order:
Citation
1. This Order may be cited as the COVID-19 (Prevention and Control) (Prohibition of Assembly) (No. 2) Order, 2020.
Restriction on social activities
2.—(1) A person shall not host, attend or participate in —
(a) a contact sporting activity or tournament;
(b) a social event or mass crowd event that consists of more than twenty-five persons.
(2) Notwithstanding subsection (1), a faith-based organization may hold a religious ceremony with an attendance of not more than one hundred persons.
(3) A faith-based organization shall not hold a religious ceremony under subsection (2) unless —
(a) the physical distancing protocols specified under the COVID-19 (Prevention and Control) (Physical Distancing) Order are complied with; and
(b) the Ministry of Equity, Social Justice, Local Government and Empowerment, after consultation with the Chief Medical Officer, has approved a COVID-19 Response Plan prepared by the faith-based organization.

Revocation
3. The COVID-19 (Prevention and Control) (Prohibition of Assembly) Order, Statutory Instrument, No. 153 of 2020 is revoked.
Expiry
4. This Order expires on the 30th day of November, 2020.
