This track provides a unique opportunity to engage in cross-disciplinary coursework in unified communications solutions for enterprise networks starting form the traditional Private Branch Exchange (PBX) systems migrating towards the advanced IP-PBX systems and collaboration networks.
Our training track do follow a detailed format that includes high-level training of key topics, case studies and interactive learning, updated materials, Group activities, and up-to-date equipment.

NTI professional training in telecommunications program offers the graduates students a unique opportunity to engage in cross-disciplinary coursework in telecommunications. This course provides all the information that the trainees need to know about voice and video over IP networks beginning from the traditional Private Branch Exchange (PBX) systems migrating towards the advanced IP-PBX systems and collaboration networks.
The course progresses from a simple first configuration onto voice and video over IP networks and PSTN integration along with the provision of unified communication features.
The concept of unified communication is explained with how to implement and configure.
The training incorporates the most current platforms and enhancements, along with real-world deployable configurations enabling the trainees to gain practical knowledge and skills.

Certificates Program will qualify graduates to be certified with Cer 1 Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Routing and Switching The CCNA Routing and Switching validates the ability to install, configure, operate, and troubleshoot medium-size routed and switched networks.
