Need for New Campus Communications Services
Voice was once revenue-generating for many schools; no longer
Users have adopted consumer services to meet personal / profession needs• Cellular• Consumer IM&P (e.g. AIM, YIM, MSN)• Consumer VoIP (e.g. Skype, FWD)
