General Terms & ConditionsŸ Receipts for Sponsorship and full payment must be received by the

organizers of the Yuva FOGSI South Zone 2020 prior to or on the deadline dates to guarantee that your company's Sponsorship status will be included in printed materials

Ÿ Microphone or any promotional activities, hindering or disturbing other sponsor will not be permitted. This is for security purpose. The number of representatives of the sponsor at the conference venue will be limited, depending on the extent of sponsorship, at the discretion of the organizing committee.

Ÿ All prices are exclusive of 18% GST

Ÿ Payment must be received by or before the dates mentioned above. Please be advised that your Sponsorship is not considered confirmed until payment has been received in full. Please note that all payments must be made in INR.

Ÿ Cancellations must be made in writing to the organizers of the Yuva FOGSI South Zone 2020. Cancellations received after December 20th, 2019 will not be entitled to a refund.

Ÿ Yuva FOGSI South Zone 2020 reserves all the rights to modify/ rearrange the floor plan or cancel any sponsorship without assigning any reason thereof.

Ÿ Sponsorship will be allocated on first come, first serve basis only after the draft for the booking amount is en- cashed and the Organizers reserve the right to cancel the booking in the event of nonpayment within the stipulated time.

Ÿ All booking forms must be accompanied by 100 % advance. Written confirmation of booking will be given after 100% advance payment is received.

Ÿ The sponsor must not cause any damage to the walls, panels and other areas inside the hall. In case of any such damage, the sponsor will be required to indemnify the Organizers for same.

Ÿ The Conference Manager shall allocate the floor areas to meet the request of exhibition as far as possible to stated preferences but same cannot be guaranteed.
