Non-acute hypoprothrombinemia • Intramuscularly or subcutaneously, 0.5- 2.5 mg/kg body weight. Dogs and Cats: Acute hypoprothrombinemia (with hemorrhage) and non-acute hypoprothrombinemia • Intramuscularly or subcutaneously 0.25- 5 mg/kg body weight Warnings Please refer to package insert for complete warning information. Phytonadione will not counteract the anticoagulant effects of heparin. For animal use only. Keep out of reach of children. Not for human use. Caution Federal law restricts this drug to use by or on the order of a licensed veterinarian. Storage Store at a temperature between 15°-30°C (59°-86°F). Protect from light at all times.
