Submitting match results via mobile phone (SMS)

Clubs must register the mobile phone number that they wish to use with the League prior to the commencement of the season.

A Maximum of two numbers per team can be registered.

The procedure is:

1) Club Secretaries (or nominated person) will receive a message on their mobile phone just after kick off.

The format of the message is (example only):

Full-time @ TheFA SA01 v TB01 K.O. SUN 22ND FEB 2009 10:45. Submit your result after the match as: RESULT H-A

2) After the match the person replies to this message with the following:

RESULT 3-1 (example score – note; home team goals scored first H-A)

N.B. The word RESULT must be included in your message in order that the programme understands what you are telling it.

3) For cup games that go into extra time and/or penalties the score should be sent:

RESULT 2-2 3-2 AET (example score, home team wins 3-2 after extra time)RESULT 2-2 3-3 AET 3-1 PENS (2-2 after 90 mins, 3-3 after extra time, home team wins 3-1 on penalty kicks)RESULT 2-2 3-1 PENS (2-2 after 90 mins, home team wins 3-1 on penalties)

4) If your game has been postponed, please reply to the message with the following:

RESULT P-P

5) The score is automatically updated and displayed in the Full-Time programme (League Website) and league tables (if applicable) adjusted.

6) Clubs with more than one team using the same mobile telephone number for two+ teams must include the short code for each specific team in their reply.

Example 1: RESULT 3-1 SA01 Example 2: RESULT 2-2 SA01 3-3 AET 3-1 PENS Example 3: RESULT 2-2 SA01 3-1 PENS

The programme does not differentiate between home and away teams, so both teams can submit the result. However, the home team still remains responsible for submitting the result to the league.

Register Players

Players who have not previously been registered to play for a club in this league are required to be registered electronically by their Club Secretary.

Step 1Log on to the site. On ‘Admin Home’ page select ‘Register Player’.

Step 2Please complete ALL sections of the form and not just those that are asterisked.

Step 3On completion of the form, click on ‘Create’ and the registration will be sent to the league registrar.

At this stage the players status will be shown as ‘pending’ until approved by the registrar, when it will then change to ‘active’.

11

Suspended Players

The facility is now available for Club Secretaries to check that the players they intend to sign are not suspended by any County Association. This can be done by selecting/clicking on the link below:

http://www.lincolnshirefa.com/Governance/Discipline/Suspensions/

We strongly recommend that Club Secretaries use this facility prior to submitting their registration forms.

Club logos

Your team logo (.jpg format and 50x50 pixels only) can be attached to the site. If you wish to have your logo displayed, please email your badge to Rachel McWilliam on [email protected] or John Whitley on [email protected].

Please make sure you have permission to use the logo’s before emailing them.

Change Password

On the ‘Admin Home’ page, click ‘Change Password’. Your name and current password fields will already be displayed, as shown in the image below.. Enter your new password. Enter it again in the relevant box. Click ‘Change Password’ and follow the prompt to return to the ‘Admin Home’ page.

Retrieve a lost password

Full-Time now includes an option to allow users to retrieve a forgotten password, by getting it sent to their email address. For security reasons, this email address must already be registered on Full-Time. If you have forgotten your password, and your email address is not on Full-Time, then you will need to contact your League Administrator to get your password reset.

Step 1: From the Sign-In page for Full-Time, click on the “Forgot Password?” link

Step 2: On the “Request Password Reset” page you should input your username and email address within Full-Time. If the email address entered does not match the email address within Full-Time, then the password reset request will fail (Full-Time verifies who you are by checking this email address).

Step 3: Assuming the email address matches your username, Full-Time will confirm that an email has been sent to your email address (it cannot be sent to any other email address).

13

Step 4: Within a few minutes, you should receive an email from Full-Time which includes a link to a Reset Password page created specifically for you to use. This must be used within 24 hours, or it will expire and you will need to request the reset password again. Click on the link shown.

Step 5: The Reset Password page will appear. Enter your new password (you will be required to confirm it, to guard against typing mistakes) and click on “Reset Password”.

Full-Time will confirm that your password has been successfully reset.

Downloading or printing result sheet for manual entry

For clubs unable to submit results sheets electronically, they can still be downloaded from the notices on the home page of the league website.

Click on notice ‘League Forms – Forms available for downloading’ to obtain form for submitting to the League Registrar.
