Hardware is all computer physical parts, such as monitor, keyboard, computer data storage, graphics card, sound card and motherboard. And software is an application program is a computer program designed to perform a group of coordinated functions, tasks, or activities for the benefit of the user, and Persware is centered on the feedback component and on how employees can effectively use an information system. 3. Which of the six business objectives do you think is the most important ? how can information systems help a business meet these objectives ?

Here are six business goals: Operational excellence , new products, services, and business models , customer and supplier intimacy , improved decision making , competitive advantage, survival.
