In the Dual DPT/MBA program, students will broaden

their clinical perspective, apply the most current and

relevant biomedical literature to individual patient

management decisions while developing business

expertise and advanced management practices

necessary for independent practice or leadership

positions in the field of physical therapy and healthcare.

This unique dual master’s program allows students to

apply up to 15 credit hours towards two degrees: a

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and Master of Business

Administration (MBA).

MBA/DPT ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

To be considered for admission, submit the following to the Office of Graduate Programs, 251 Thompson Library:

• Complete dual program applications

• Official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended

• Official GMAT or GRE results (requirement will be waived if

admitted to DPT)

• Statement of Purpose: a one-page, typed response to the following question: “What are your career objectives and how will an MBA contribute to accomplishing these objectives?”

• Resume, including work experience and extra-curricular activities

• Two letters of recommendation (professional and/or academic)
