§ How do I get notifications if my camera goes offline?Open the Device Details using settings button in the top right of the live feed, then open the Notifications screen. You can then enable or disable Device Offline notifications.

§ How do I create a group of cameras?Tap the groups button on the My Device screen, you can then add, edit, or delete camera groups.

§ How do I view a group of cameras?Tap on the Group Name at the top of the screen, then tap the Play button to the right of the group name.

§ How do I configure and schedule recording motion detection events from my IP camera?

Open the Device Details using settings button in the top right of the live feed, then open the Arm Setting screen. From here you can enable and disable Motion Detection, edit the motion detection schedule, change the motion sensitivity, and set the motion detection region.

§ How do I schedule loop recording?Open the Device Details using settings button in the top right of the live feed, then open the Local Storage Setting screen. To enable loop recording turn on General Record Storage and set the Recording Schedule.

You can also set the camera to record in High Definition, or Low Definition to save space.

§ What happens to my loop recording once my SD Card/Hard Disk is full?Once the storage is full the camera will record over the oldest clips.

§ How can I see all the clips recorded onto the SD Card by my camera?On the live feed screen tap View history record, then tap the clips icon to see a scrollable list of the clips from each day.

§ How do I flip the camera image?Open the Device Details using settings button in the top right of the live feed, then open the More screen. From here you can toggle the Camera Image Flip setting.

§ How do I setup DST on my camera?

Open the Device Details using settings button in the top right of the live feed, then open the More screen. From here you can open the Time Zone settings and the Date Format.

§ How do I edit my DVR settings?

Tap the Me tab at the bottom of the screen, then go to My Device. From here you can tap on your DVR to open the Device Details

§ How can I check my WiFi where I want to fit my camera?

Tap the Me tab at the bottom of the screen, then go to Tool. From here you can tap on Wi-Fi Detection Tool which will take you through the process of checking the network.

§ How can I delete an offline device?Tap the Me tab at the bottom of the screen, then go to Settings, then Account and Security. From here you can tap on Delete Device to remove any device that has been offline for more the 5 minutes.

§ How can I delete my account?Tap the Me tab at the bottom of the screen, then go to Settings, then Account and Security. From here you can tap on Delete Account to be guided through the process to delete your account.
