04/11: Hanoi – Halong bay (B,L,D)
After breakfast, travel overland to Ha Long bay
and embark the cruise upon arrival. Ha Long
bay is definitely an outstanding natural beauty
which has been well known not only in Vietnam

Upon arrival in the afternoon, you will be met
and transferred to the hotel. Brief afternoon

03/11: Hanoi (B,L,D)
Full day Hanoi city tour, Visit to HCM complex
including Ho Chi Minh mausoleum (closed on
Mondays and Fridays mornings and whole
October and November for annual repairs),
Presidential palace – a beautiful original
colonial building, HCM’s house on stilts, One
pillar pagoda; the Temple of Literature which
has been known as the first university of the

wonderful with variously shaped islets which
many of them contain fabulous caves full
of colourful stalactites and stalagmites. The
caves, floating villages, beaches are really
indispensable to a complete trip. Your trip

05/11: Halong bay – Hanoi –Hoi An (B, L)
Keep cruising around the bay for further
discovering of the fantastic natural beauty.
Early lunch is served before disembarking
the cruise ship at about noon. Drive back to
Hanoi then transfer back to the airport for short
flight to Dananng. Upon arrival, transferred
by our driver and guide to ancient town of Hoi
An – 40minutes drive for hotel check in. Stay

06/11: Hoi An (B)
Today undertake a walking tour of the old city
of Hoi An. Visit old merchants’ homes, the
400-year-old Japanese Covered Bridge, Hoi
An Culture Museum, Old house of Tan Ky,
Fujian assembly hall. Enjoy afternoon free at
leisure or go shopping.
07/11: Hoi An – Hue (B,L,D)
Today we continue to the north by road to the
UNESCO listed town of Hue stopping at Marble
Mountains, the Cham Museum and China
Beach en route before winding our way up the
spectacular Hai Van Pass. After lunch break,
we visit the Citadel and the Purple Forbidden
City. This royal residence was all but destroyed
during the 1968 Tet Offensive; however it is
still fascinating to walk among the ruins. This
will be followed by the beautiful pagoda of
Thien Mu. Dragon boat ride down Perfume river
will be an relaxing way to end the day. Stay
overnight in Hue Park view – Superior room.
08/11: Hue – Ho Chi Minh city (B,L,D)
We drive to visit King Tu Duc’s tomb and
Khai Dinh’s one. The tomb of Tu Duc, a
19th century Emperor who lived in the most
splendid opulence, is regally set among groves
of frangipani and pine trees. Light lunch prior
to transfer to airport for short flight to Ho Chi
Minh city (formerly Saigon). Upon arrival,
transfer to hotel for your overnight stay. Stay
3 nights at Paragon hotel - Premium deluxe

09/11: Saigon (B,L)
We begin our sightseeing around Saigon visit
the Presidential Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral,
Old Saigon Post Office, War Museum, Ngoc
Hoang Temple, Thien Hau Pagoda, the
Binh Tay wholesale Market in Cholon (the
old Chinatown).
10/11: Saigon-Cu Chi Tunnels (B,L,D)
Today we explore the famous Cu Chi Tunnels
where more than 200kms of tunnels were built
by the Communist guerrillas during the war. Then
continue to Tay Ninh to visit the Cao Dai Holy
See Temple, a place of pilgrimage of Caodaism,
the unique religious cult in Southern Vietnam.
Day 11: Saigon-Phnom Penh (B,D)
After hotel breakfast, free of leisure in the
morning, late take internal flight to Phnom
Penh, the Capital of Cambodia. Upon arrival,
met by our Cambodian local guide. Enjoy a
city tour and visit local markets. Check in at
Phnom Penh hotel – Superior room hotel for 2
nights stay.
12/11: Phnom Penh (B,L,D)
This morning visit the Independent Monument,
Royal Palace, the Majestic Silver Pagoda and
the National Museum. After lunch, visit Wat
Phnom, the Toul Sleng Museum of Genocidal
Crimes and Pailin Souvenir Shop.
13/11: Phnom Penh-Siem Reap (B, D)
After breakfast drive to Siem Reap. Upon
arrival Visit Cambodian Cultural Villages,
including Wax Museum, Miniatures, former
capital Ou Dong, Phsar Thmey, Kompong
Kdey Bridge, reclining Buddha, traditional
Dances Show etc. Stay overnight in Siem
Reap Somadevi – Superior room.
14/11: Siem Reap (B,L,D)
Breakfast in hotel, visit ANGKOR THOM which
was built from 1180-1220 AD by a great Khmer
King Jayavarman VII dedicated to Buddhism.
There are such as: South Gate, Bayon,
Bapuon, Phimeanakas, Elephant and Leper
King Terrace. After lunch we visit a magnificent
ancient archaeological wonder of the world,
ANGKOR WAT-The holy city which is the 900
years is the biggest Hindu temple in Cambodia,
was built by King Suryavarman II in early 12th
century dedicated to Vishnu. Visit Kravan, then
continue to visit an incredible jungle temple,
TA PHROM, was built in 1186 AD by great
King Jayavarman VII dedicated to Buddhism.
We round off our day with a walk up Phnom
Bakheng Hill to admire the spectacular sunset
over these sandstone monuments. Enjoy
Apsara dance and dinner.
15/11: Siem Reap-Australia (B,L)
After breakfast, we head out of town and
drive beyond the Angkor Complex through the
Preah Dark village to the intricately carved
and well preserved Banteay Srei Temple. We
stroll around this beautiful landmark which was
designed to leave no space undecorated. The
next stop is Banteay Samre which is adorned
with striking relief depicting the scenes of
Vishunu and Krishna legends. If time permit
we visit Preah Khan temple before transferring
to the airport for our departure flight to
Australia, arriving home the following morning.
