VIETJET SUCCESSFULLY ORGANIZEDANNUAL SHAREHOLDERS’MEETING 2016 - 2017

Vietjet held Annual Shareholders’ Meeting 2016-2017 with participation of 95% of its share-holders having the right to attend and vote. The Meeting agreed with all reports and instruments of the Board of Directors about business result in 2016 and business plan in 2017. With unanimity, the shareholders voted members of BOD and In-spection Committee, including: Madam Nguyen Thanh Ha – Chairwoman, Madam Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao – Vice Chairwoman, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hung – Vice Chairman, Mr. Chu Viet Cuong – Member of the Board of Directors, Mr. Dinh Viet Phuong - Member of the Board of Directors and Mr. Luu Duc Khanh - Member of the Board of Di-rectors. CEO NGUYEN THI PHUONG THAOAPPEARED AT WOMEN’S SUMMIT2017

CEO Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao joined and shared at Women’s Summit 2017 with a message: “Women bettering the world”, which was held by Forbes Vietnam. The event attracted more than 1,000 guestshonouring 5 most influential women in Vietnam in different sectors, such as: politicians, entrepreneurs, artists…

“We’ve been approached by some foreign stock exchanges including London, Hong Kong and Singapore stock exchanges, which expressed their great interest in Vietjet. We don’t want to hide our hope to become the first ever Vietnam-ese company to list our shares overseas”. Said CEO Vietjet in an interview conducted by Bloom-berg on May 28th.

On 1st May, Vietjet, HDBank, Furama etc... del-egation led by the President & CEO Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao visited Da Nang SOS Children’s Vil-lage. The delegation presented gifts to the chil-dren there. They did a lot of activities and pre-sented gifts to support people and 160 children in the village, all that made the children very happy.

VIETJET HONORED TO BE “THE MOST FAVORITE AIRLINE”Vietjet was named in “Vietnam Strong Brand” Award and honored “The most favorite airline”, held by Department of Trade Promotion (Ministry of Industry and Trade) and Vietnam Economic Times and it received certification of “Top 10 famous brand names” which was initiated by International Intellectual Property Institute and the Vietnam Union of Science Entrepreneurs in collaboration with VNPACO. Vietjet’s flight attendants were listed as the world’s second most attractive airline among top 5 airlines, voted by Viva Lifestyle and Travel and the Carrier was honored as the best airline in 2016 by Korea's Incheon Airport.

Engineering Division: In 2017 Vietjet prepares to operate new aircraft A320/321 NEO which helps the airline benefit from up to 15 percent reduction in fuel consumption. In first quarter 2017 Vietjet did not receive any new aircraft.

Vietjet Training Center: Vietjet Training Center (VTC) organized graduation ceremony for 38 trainees of the 34th and 35th batches, wel-comed new trainees of batches 36, 37, 38 and batch 5 of Thai Vietjet. VTC also completely trained 24th and 25th “Let's Integrate and Shine with Vietjet” training courses with the number of student completing the test at 100%.

SQA continued to maintain safe flight assurance, performed scheduled maintenance, worked with Flight Operations regarding AOC revalida-tion. It prepared and deployed safety cards for Free Bird and MAI wet leased aircraft and pre-pared checklist for internal audit of OMC.

FOD: held an opening ceremony for purser train-ing course of batches 27, 28 and organized a purser meeting about improvement of inflight sale revenue, continued receiving (Captain) ap-plications for direct interview and deployed the upgrade training (Captain+Line Training Captain) in April 2017, participated in safety conference in Malaysia and safely served VVIP flight.

Vietjet welcomed many analysts from top Vietnamese and foreign securities companies whopaid working visits to Vietjet such as Viet Capital Securities Company, Ho Chi Minh City Securities Joint Stock Company , Saigon Securi-ties Inc, BNP Paribas. This process helped analysts to have a better view of the company's operations as well as to deeply understand the business of Vietjet.

Apart from analysts, Vietjet also welcomed investment funds such as Vina Capital, Dragon Capital, Hanwha Asset Management looking for investment opportunities.

the delegation of Jeju city and the representatives of tourist companies paid a working visit to Vietjet. VP Nguyen Thi Thuy Binh and the representative of Jeju city discussed on launching the new direct route from Vietnam to Jeju city and f ostering cooperative opportunities between the two parties.

On the occasion of inauguration of Da Nang In-ternational AirportT2 Terminal, Vietjet jubilantly launched new route Da Nang – Seoul (Korea) to meet the increasing travel demand of tourists, businessmen and individuals between the two tourism-attraction cities, contributing to the trade promotion and regional integration. Da Nang – Seoul route will be operated on a daily basis from May 31st, 2017 with price just only from 630,000 VND. The flight from Danang de-parts at 23:45 (local time) and arrives in Seoul at 6:00 (local time). The return flight takes off at 7:00 (local time) and lands at 9:40 in Danang

On the afternoon of April 27th , at Changi Interna-tional Airport (Singapore), Vietjet showed young Flashmob performance to launch new route Hanoi – Singapore and welcomed first passengers. On this inaugural flight, passengers surprisingly received many pretty gifts from Vietjet.
