Lunch is served in the dining car at 1pm whilst you make your way to Zeerust and continue onward into the Magaliesberg Range. Dinner is then served at 7:30pm as the train meanders westwards towards Mafikeng for border formalities in Botswana, then north towards Mahalapye, crossing the Tropic of Capricorn just after Gaborone. Day 2: Full Day on the Train Wake up early to a wonderful breakfast and beautiful views as the train makes its way towards the Zimbabwe border. Once the train has passed through the dry reaches of Botswana it arrives at Plumtree in the late afternoon for border formalities with Zimbabwe. You are on you way again by the time dinner is served at 7:30pm. Day 3: Zimbabwe Wake up early for breakfast this morning at 7am. Continuing in a northwesterly direction, the train passes Bulawayo, heading towards Thompson’s Junction and the Hwange Game Reserve, where animals can be spotted from the train. Lunch is served at 1pm and at 5pm you will arrive at the Victoria Falls where the Rovos Rail Journey Ends. The rest of the evening can be spent enjoying uninterrupted views of spectacular African sunsets and year round game at the Victoria Falls Safari Lodge’s on-site waterhole. Day 4: Victoria Falls Victoria Falls Safari Lodge borders the Zambezi National Park and is just four kilometers from the thundering Victoria Falls, Southern Africa's foremost attraction. Depart this morning for a guided tour of the Victoria Falls. Return to the lodge for lunch and this afternoon for time at the pool or enjoy one of the optional adventure activities available in the area. This afternoon depart for an afternoon sunset cruise as you leisurely float along the mighty Zambezi River. Return to the lodge for dinner this evening. Day 5 & 6: Chobe National Park This afternoon, transfer to Ngoma Safari Lodge in Botswana’s Chobe National Park approximately 135km from the Victoria Falls. The Lodge is distinctly styled, resplendent in its expression of raw African sensuality and deep comfort. The Chobe region is teeming with game, including the famous Chobe Elephants. There are over 75 species of mammals and 450 species of birds in this area. To take full advantage of this wealth of wildlife the Ngoma safari experience includes up to 4 game activities a day including game walks or drives in the Chobe Forest Reserve with a team of experienced professional guides, Night drives in the forest reserve, and full day safaris which include a cruise on the Chobe river, a game drive in the Chobe National Park, and a sumptuous picnic lunch. Other activities include visits to the local primary school and village as well as sundowners in the Chobe Forest Reserve, and so much more. Day 7: Departure Today, return to the Victoria Falls airport for your flight to Johannesburg where your journey ends. Deposit and Booking Requirements This quotation is subject to the availability of all services at the time of making a reservation. Travel insurance coverage for injury, illness or loss of effects while on tour is NOT included, is

highly recommended for travel and compulsory for many lodges and adventure safaris in Southern and Eastern Africa.

Registration: A 25% deposit of the total land price, per person is required. The remainder of the

cost is due 60 days prior to departure date. Airline tickets must be purchased within two weeks of reservation confirmation.

Payment is accepted by personal check, company check or credit card. Reservation Policy: All tariffs quoted include VAT and current grading levy. The price

quoted is subject to change in the event of any unforeseen increases in fuel costs including currency fluctuations and/or Government levies/taxes, including Park Fees and Entrance fees. Safariline reserves the right to amend the quoted tariffs accordingly should the Government change the percentage level of VAT or introduce any other tax or Levy. Safariline will not cancel a tour, holiday or other travel arrangement once the client has paid in full unless it becomes necessary to do so as a result of hostilities, war or threat of war, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist unrest, active or threatened natural or nuclear disaster, fire or adverse weather conditions or if a group tour does not have a minimum required participants, or for any other adverse event beyond the control of Safariline. Cancellations: Cancellations received more than 60 days prior to departure will be subject to the
