All our meat and fish products are sourced through local suppliers who we have been working with for many years. The majority of our meat is farmed within a 60 mile radius of Glasgow, with our Pork coming from Mosshill Farm, our beef from Hugh Holmes of Inchinnan and our Bacon and ham from Robertsons of Ardrossan. Our Fish is supplied by Bernard Corrigan direct from Scottish coastal fish ports as well as the Shetland and Hebridean Islands.

Other fresh produce such as vegetables, potatoes and fruit is delivered from Glasgow Fruit Market Ltd, a Scottish business who supplies Scottish vegetables and fruit when in season. Eggs are Scottish free range and supplied by local farms and when possible we use Scottish cheeses in all our recipes. All our milk and cream is supplied by Fairfield dairies and our ice cream is from Mackies of Scotland.
