BULK MATERIAL HANDLING SOLUTIONS
Continuous Vertical Conveyors
Tough, Gentle, Clean
Features & Benefits:
Safe & Clean Operation:
• Allows for smooth, continuous flow of product
• Simple and easy self-loading and unloading is provided for when changing horizontal and vertical directions
• Enclosures prevent contamination and damage to product.
Quick & Easy Installation
• Very little space required for foundation due to the platforms ability to move vertically, horizontally and in reverse.
• Assembly is quick and easy keeping installation costs to a minimum.
Simple Design
• Construction is basically a steel tower unit with platforms. Movement is done through chain design. Mesh panels minimize contamination and protect product. This simple design makes the Vertecon economical and efficient for multi-level conveying.
The Vertecon can be used as an elevator. In this application product is automatically loaded on the “low” level of the unit and elevated to customer specified height.
The Vertecon can also be used as a lowerator. In this application product is automatically loaded on the “upper” level of the unit and lowered to a customer specified distance below.
When the Vertecon is used as an elevator and a lowerator the product is “fed” on both the lower and upper levels. This is accomplished by allowing the unit to reverse directions for feeding and

Technical Data:
Typical Capacities & Speeds
Platform spacing based on carton whose height = “C”-3” maximum. This dimension if reduced enables the platform spacing to be reduced giving a greater throughput if required.
1. Speed of Vertecon and feed-on/take off conveyors are double the speed of the accumulator conveyor.
2. Limit switch to stop carton on feed-
on conveyor in correct position, also stops accumulator conveyor.
