VERMICELLI CUTLET
Ingredients:
Savorit Vermicelli 1 cupBread Slices 2 no.
Potatoes 4 medium sizeGreen Chillies 3 no.
Coriander Leaves 1/4 unch !chopped"#int Leaves 1/4 unch !chopped"$nion 1/2 cup !chopped"%omatoes 1/2 cup !chopped"Gin&er paste 1/2 t spGarlic paste 1/2 t spSalt re'uired amount(e)ined $il 2 cups
Method:
• Chop all the ve&eta les into small pieces and mi* them +ell.• Boil +ater and add vermicelli +ith a little oil and salt, coo- )or 2 3 minutes and drain e*cess +ater
and -eep aside.• Soa- read in +ater )or 1 minute, s'ueeze out the +ater and mash it.• Peel and mash the oiled potatoes.• o+ mi* the ve&eta les, coo-ed vermicelli and oiled potatoes +ith the re'uired amount o) salt.• 0nead them +ell.• Shape them and deep )r them in oil.
• Serve +ith sauce.
