Our team can tailor a layout that is as individual as you are. We understand that when it

Have the space booked for breakfast through dinner? Our team can change the layout

As the largest room in the venue, the Huon
Room is ideal for when your guest list reflects
the need for a grandiose space.
We can tailor the space and layout to meet
your specifications. A key note speaker
seminar for 150? Or a delectable 3 course
dinner for 100. The Huon Room has it
covered.
The room can be divided into two equal
spaces allowing your guests to conference on
one side and breakout on the other, all
without having to leave your private space.
The room boasts double projector and
screens, in room bar offering 4 tap selections
and an assortment of local wines and spirits,
two private terraces for your guests to utilise,
cathedral ceilings with feature lighting and
fans, dedicated events team, and all the
essentials you have come to expect when
conferencing or celebrating
Your Huon Room experience can include
multiple optional services such as chef created
