VEGETABLE PIZZA DIRECTIONS: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). 2. Roll out the crescent roll dough onto a 9x13 inch baking sheet, and pinch together edges to form the pizza crust. 3. Bake crust for 11-12 minutes in the preheated oven. Once finished cooking, remove crust from oven and let cool 15 minutes without removing it from the baking sheet. 4. In a small mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, onion, and dill (or ranch). Spread the mixture over the cooled crust. Arrange vegetables over the cream cheese layer and top with cheese. Chill for one hour, slice and serve. INGREDIENTS: 2 (8 oz) packages refrigerated crescent rolls 2 broccoli crowns chopped 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened 1 head cauliflower chopped 2/3 cup mayonnaise 1 red pepper diced 1 ½ tsp dill weed (or 1 package dry ranch dressing) 1 bunch of carrots diced ½ medium onion diced 1 Cucumber (peeled, seeded/quartered) 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese 1 small can sliced black olives
