From booking to check-in, VDA solutions allow the hotelier to welcome guests safely, quickly and comfortably.

The guest can enter the room and commence their stay, appreciating the quality of the guest room, without compromising their safety.

It is possible to manage this phase safely, by proposing check-out via the OnAir VDA platform or through voice commands.

CHECK-INEnsured clearance during check in.

1. ENTERPLEASEOnce the booking has been received, the hotelier can send to his future guest an invitation to download the EnterPlease app highlighted in the order confirmation. In this way, the guest will have direct access to the room without the need to collect the magnetic key at reception.

2. TOTEMThrough Self Check-In solutions (Totem), the guest can directly register at the hotel, and receive from the Totem the RFID or digital key that enables access to their room and other hotel areas.

3. THERMO-CAMERAConnected to the VDA controllers, a Thermo-camera allows detection of the temperature of the guest on arrival, ensuring that it falls within pre-established parameters. The information is taken totally anonymously and not saved in any form.

2. DEFAULT PRESENCE MANAGEMENT

Restricted contact with devices for room access.

When the guest enters the room, the movement sensor will detect his or her presence and thus enable the services. When the guest leaves the room, the motion sensor will note that there is no presence, and the room will return to the energy saving mode.

As an alternative to the volumetric sensor, it is possible to activate the "Presence of the guest" in a pre-defined way, so enabling all the services automatically within the room. This function may remain active until check-out, or be temporarily inhibited by the hotelier where necessary.

THE ONAIR TOUCH POINT PLATFORM BETWEEN GUESTS AND HOTELS

Through the TV within the guest room, the guest can simply and intuitively book services offered by the hotel, such as ordering breakfast to the room. In addition the hotelier can inform clients, through videos or texts, of what is being done in terms of

sanitation and prevention. Reception will thus have the opportunity to manage requests in an organized manner, avoiding congestion of the switchboard during the busy times.

VDA glass swithes are easy to disinfect and clean because their surfaces flat and hole free. A removable film demonstrates the sterilization of the product.

2. REMOTE CONTROL WITH DISPOSABLE FILM Remote controls covered with a plastic shrink wrap that covers the remote control.

Interaction with a voice assistant, already developed in partnership with Volara, allows the guest to activate the room functions through voice commands.

EXPRESS CHECK-OUTExpress check-out can be carried out by the guest through the OnAir platform, thus avoiding gatherings at reception.
