VCL215 HISTORY OF MALAYSIAN ART
COURSE WORK
Based on the relevant topics studied in this class, write an
essay about a Malaysian
artist of your choice. In addition to biographical data of the
artist, your study should
discuss at least two (2) works by the artist.
Length of essay: 7 to 10 pages of text (not including
illustrations), double-spaced, font
12, Times New Roman.
Illustrations: As many as deemed relevant.
References, footnotes and bibliography are a must.
Your essay should be structured according to the following
order:
1. Title
2. Introduction
3. Objective
4. Scope
5. Method/Approach
6. Content: Analysis/Discussion
7. Conclusion
8. References
Evaluation Scheme:
Essay : 40 marks.
This project makes up 40% of your final mark for the class. The
other 60% is the
final exam.
