Reduce metallic sticker scrap 8% to 2% through kaizen. Increase straight pass ratio 70% to 85% still continue through proper training,

Communication and process improve. Eliminate the excess touring problem on fuel line joint with provided the Slip

Torque wrench. Complete new special model on line like GT, NT & Air brake models with define

the proper sub assembly and work station at line with the help of process team.

To Set-UP the new electrons beam welding line. Lay out changing for sub assy. in CVT line. Our task was to prepare documentation like- CAPA, SOP, and Process audits for

re-certification audit ISO\TS-16949 & OHSAS. Maintain the welding machine OEE more than 80%.

layout. Successfully saved the Scrap cost of Hyd. & engine filter. Assy. defect Reduction from 24% to 2.2% in MQA and PDI. Zero defect of Torque less / excess. Improve straight pass ratio through kaizen. Maintained and continuous improve OEE (more than 80%) of Electron Beam Welding

machine. Initiated the display system for component identification at Assembly line to avoid

confusion in various Models. Received first prize in implementation of maximum kaizen in our area. Through
