1. Log into your Vantel Pearls Learning Center and navigate to Social Media & Communications to view the "sample" business card font and back. This is how it should be set up.

2. Next download the Consultant Business Card "template", front and back sides (right below the sample), to your computer.

3. Go to www.vistaprint.com > business cards (we suggest standard business cards to keep your costs low, but feel free to pick other upgraded paper qualities from their selection) and then click "Get started" in blue.

4. Next choose "Use Your Complete Design" from the options and then "horizontal" and click the blue “Continue”.

5. Next click "Upload Your Design", "Add Image" and choose "My Computer". You will then navigate to your saved front and back templates that you downloaded from the Learning Center and upload them to VistaPrint.

6. Once you choose the Vantel Pearls front side business card template, you can adjust the size to fit the space by dragging the corner of the image. Click "Next" once you are satisfied.

7. If you haven't already uploaded both back and front sides of your templates into VistaPrint, please upload the back side now using the tools to the left. Also make sure you choose "full color" from the options above and then import the back side.

9. Next you will need to add in your contact information. Click on the “T” for Text to the left and “Add New Text Field”

10. You can then move the box around on the page, change colors, sizing etc. If your photo shows lock, click on it to get the Move/Resize button back to move your text box around on the page.

11. Here’s what we recommend for your Name & Title Area: Name Area: Font: Arial (and click B for Bold) Size: 12 pt Color: Dark Gray

Title Area: Font: Arial (not bolded, but I for Italics) Size: 9 pt Color: Dark Gray

12. Add one last text field area for the remaining information: Here you will add the corporate address and then your phone number and your email address. Then click “Next”

13. Review to make sure the information you entered is correct and then check the box to approve the design and “Next” to continue.

14. From here you can either create a Vistaprint account or you can continue as a guest. Next you will choose the quantity of business cards you would like to purchase. We recommend just clicking “Next” through the next few options that are all added extras that aren’t really necessary.

15. Once in your shopping cart, you will see the order, quantity and possibly a coupon. You can always google a Vistaprint coupon code to save you a few dollars. Click “Checkout” and then add your information for shipping, payment and review. Once complete, you should receive your order in a few days!
