T IPS FOR A SUCCESSFUL LAUNCH PARTY
DUR ING YOUR LAUNCH PARTY
1. Schedule a date and time as soon as possible.
2. Over-Invite. Invite everyone! Only 1/4 to 1/3 of those invited will be there. A personal call is important. You want everyone to know about your new business and hear your excitement.
3. Guests who can’t attend: Be sure to ask if they could help you out by hosting their own Party! Set a goal to have at least 3 Parties booked and dated within 30 days of your Launch Party.
4. Create your Wish List. You will receive FREE Jewelry and all Hostess Rewards from your Launch Party!
• Be excited! Talk with each guest and thank them for coming.
• Invite each person to host their own Party. “Emma, I know you had such a great time tonight and you love opening oysters. How do you feel about hosting a Party of your own and getting lots of free jewelry? It would really help my new business get off to a great start!” • Invite them to take a look at the business opportunity as well. “Mary, I’d love to help you do this too. It would be a lot of fun for us to be in business together! You’d be surprised how easy it is to get started!”
This is the best way to introduce your new business and share how fun and rewarding it is to be a Hostess. You can be your own Demonstrator. We recommend getting support from your Sponsor or Upline Leader to assist you the day of your Party. You don’t want to miss important opportunities for booking and sponsoring leads. Your Sponsor’s role is to help you gain as many leads as possible.

This means more Free Credit! Did you get a chance to look at the opportunity brochure? I’d love for you to give this some thought.”
“I am calling to confirm how many guests you are expecting so I have enough oysters for everyone. I recommend calling guests to remind them to bring a friend. This encourages more attendance too! Let’s make sure anyone who isn’t coming knows how to place an outside order to help your party.”

Successful parties happen with solid Hostess Coaching!
Goal: 10 Buying Guests 3 Outside Orders
1 Prearranged Booking.
Encourage a goal of 10+ guests. About 1/3 of those invited will attend. Refer to the Hostess Planner as a guide!
Invitations should be sent 3-4 weeks in advance if possible. Follow-up calls and weekly reminders are important.
Encourage Outside Orders Ask for additional Bookings.
Note: Keep food and drinks simple and always invite your Hostess to consider the Demonstrator Opportunity. Did you know? 90% of our Demonstrators were Hostesses first!
