78 22nd Avenue is a stunning 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home in West Clay Park featuring incredible water and Golden Gate Bridge views. The home has a grand entry and large-scale rooms, and the kitchen and bathrooms have been updated with Carrara marble and Sea Pearl quartz. The home is completed with a large level yard, laundry room, home gym and a 2-car garage.
Situated just off Lake Street, West Clay Park is a relatively little known alcove neighboring Sea Cliff. Originally developed in 1910 and marketed as a “marine view residence park,” 78 22nd Avenue lives up to the hype. With wonderful water and bridge views from the top floor master level to the level backyard oasis, you’ll find something to fall in love with in this home.
Wonderfully updated kitchens and bathrooms give you the luxury of moving right in. The grand entrance speaks to the scale of the home design with an oversized living room that enjoys a fireplace and separate reading nook. Sea Pearl quartz counters with a herringbone backsplash and all new appliances elevate this kitchen to gourmet. The breakfast nook opens to the back deck making entertaining inside and out seamless. The formal dining room also enjoys a scenic view of the yard. One floor up are three of the bedrooms, two with en-suite bathrooms, providing multiple master bedroom options. The voluminous front bedroom features two rambling closets with built-in organizers and a safe. The marble bathroom with a trough sink design will captivate. A full bathroom off the hall completes this level.
The views, the fireplace, and the wet bar create an amazing space to enjoy the view during the day and cuddle up to the warm fire at night as you enjoy the humming crescendos of the distant foghorn. A luxurious bathroom awaits, whether you wish to soak or shower. Whether you use it as a guest suite or an executive office suite, the fourth bedroom offers stunning water views. Enjoy the Golden Gate views from the rear balcony.

142 RUSS STREET #4 | 3 BR / 2BA | $1,675,000Gail Stark, Matt Wathen
Imagine living in the grandeur of a soaring loft space in the heart of SOMA with the amenities of a single-family home. This is one of a very few three bedroom lofts that exist in San Francisco. The tri-level loft home features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 fireplaces, a deck, parking, and storage.
The main level includes a dramatic wide-open combined living area, dining area, and kitchen with double-height ceilings, a fireplace, a 2-story wall of windows, and hardwood floors. The level also includes a second seating area and a half bathroom, and a sound system plays your music wherever you go.
The Brent Kanbayashi-designed master suite is an oasis of windows and light, with space for lounging beside the fireplace, on the deck, or in the spa bathroom. The walk-in closet, with custom built-ins, is
enormous. Also on the third level is a second graciously-sized bedroom that can be either enclosed or open to the main living area with sliding panels. Opened to below, the space is perfectly suited for a multimedia room or master suite office. Closed to below, it becomes a second bedroom suite with its own full bathroom.
The first level bedroom has lovely patina-stained concrete floors and its own street entrance, perfect for a small business or home office; the 142 Russ Street Lofts are zoned for legal live/work occupancy.
This unique home combines all the drama of a loft with the conveniences of a single-family home. The 3-story open floor plan features family home amenities like enclosed rooms, fireplaces, and closets that make this loft home unique.
