To guarantee and maintain the hygienic requirements your garments are preferably washed by an industrial laundry. The Van Moer food range is ideally suited for the most demanding processes, so you are always assured of optimally hygienic garments.

The company policy concerning quality and manufacturing is your warrant for outstanding garments.Our garments are produced under a very tight Code of Conduct. In this COC we have very strong rules about child’s labor, forced labor, payment and workers safety.

Din 10524:2012

Class 3: very high level of protection and securityFor the treatment/processing of unpackaged, ready for consumption, highly perishable foods. Ideal for the food and dairy industry in production and processing.The garments, certified according to DIN 10524, meet all the requirements of risk class 3. The durable breathable fabric has a high wearing comfort and provides adequate protection in accordance with the risk area for which it was designed.Important requirements, such as a high-necked collar, adjustable sleeves and omitting pockets, were considered for garments for this class.

The Van Moer food range is certified according to Din 10524:2012 for classes 1 to 3. The norm states requirements that garments for the food industry have to meet regarding materials, functionality and construction of the garment.The Van Moer food range is being manufactured in a 245 gr/m fabric, blend of 65% polyester and 35% cotton, which is extremely durable and offers an very high colour consistency to help ensure that garments retain their smart appearance.

Class 2: high level of protection and securityFor the treatment/processing of unpackaged, slightly perishable foods and ingredients. Ideal for the food and pharmaceutical industry, but also for food retailing. The garments in class 2, certified according to DIN 10524, are characterized by maximum durability, optimal fit and comfortable wearing comfort.All models are equipped with a maximum number of pockets - lockable inner pockets, concealed press studs - and meet all hygiene requirements.

Class 1: low level of protection and securityFor the treatment / processing of foods or ingredients that are non-perishable. Ideal for the food, pharmaceutical and packaging industry as well as suppliers for these industries. Is extremely suitable for the food industry’s leading course.Very comfortable wearing comfort, optimal fit and breathable fabric. All models are equipped with outer pockets with press stud closure and/or lockable inner pockets. The trousers and waistcoats feature a thigh pocket.
