Have You Considered Voting for Joe Biden? Are You Considering the Consequences? Joe Biden has finalized a decision to select a Vice President only from female black women. He has excluded all Democratic men because of their genitals and all white Democratic women because of their skin color. This is so egregious that this decision alone should disqualify Biden as the President of the United States and this decision alone demonstrates Biden’s faulty decision making ability. We aren’t at a tea party, but the next person in line to be president should Biden die or become disabled during his time in office. This process may be a political decision, but he or she must be the very best candidate regardless of genitals or skin color. The very foundation of America is we are all created equal by our Heavenly Creator! No one should ever be excluded without total consideration of who is best to serve. If I were a Democratic black or white male or white female, I would be totally disgusted by Joe Biden’s decision and never cast my vote in his direction. If Biden’s decision doesn’t bother you, take a good look at yourself in the mirror and make sure you are still alive! I would be even further embarrassed if I place a BIDEN sign on my front lawn. Normal people may think you are crazy. Joe Biden’s Yale educated lawyer son Hunter Biden in December 2013 traveled on United States Air Force 2 with his father on an official visit to China. Less than two weeks later, Hunter’s company, Rosemont Seneca, became a partner in a new investment company backed by the state-owned Bank of China. Christening the new firm Bohai Harvest RST (BHR), the partners set out to raise $1 billion for the new fund. Representatives of the Biden family (not the Bidens themselves) have denied any connection between the vice president’s visit and Hunter’s business. However, a BHR representative told The New Yorker earlier this year that Hunter used the opportunity to introduce his father to Chinese private equity executive Jonathan Li, who became CEO of BHR after the deal’s conclusion. Despite his relative lack of private equity experience, Hunter landed a prominent role with the new company. Under the terms of the original deal, Rosemont Seneca, Hunter’s firm, shared a 30% stake in BHR with the Thornton Group, which was run by James Bulger, the son of longtime Massachusetts state Senate President Billy Vaccine Under Trump’s ‘Operation Warp Speed’ Put To Final Test President Donald J. The largest COVID-19 vaccine study in the world began July 27th, with the first of 30,000 Americans volunteering to take the shots. Only someone with Trump’s experience, vision and understanding of complex processes would even begin to comprehend the benefits of “parallel programing.” No one had ever conceived of this process for such a complex medical problem before in history! The experimental vaccine, developed by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and Moderna Inc., is in phase three of the development process, which includes tests at clinical sites across the country. “Having a safe and effective vaccine distributed by the end of 2020 is a stretch goal, but it’s the right goal for the American people,” NIH Director Francis S. Can Banks be defeated? Yes! Remember Banks look at the financial situation first and foremost. There are situations where a complaint for foreclosure would result in a net financial loss for the Bank because property taxes are always paid first. An example may be helpful- A homeowner has neither paid his monthly mortgage payment nor his county property taxes for several years. A check of the County Records revealed the property value for tax purposes was about $31,000. A further check of the County Records demonstrated the Homeowner owed about $34,000 to the County for real property taxes. The cost to file a foreclosure generally will cost the Bank about $1,500 in court costs and sheriff fees. Additionally the Bank must pay its attorneys as well as its staff to process the case which I estimated to be about $2,500.

DEFEND! Every homeowner is offered the privilege of defending their home in our judicial system, and each homeowner should consider doing so. The twelfth reason a homeowner should DEFEND! is simple- Bank needs to know! The Court appraises the home being foreclosed and allows the home to be sold as little as two thirds of the appraised value. In our example that means this home could be sold for as little as about $21,000! Roughly then the Bank is looking at a loss as follows:

court, title, and sheriff fees $1,500property taxes owed $34,000attorney fees and bank staff expense $2,500total cost of foreclosure is $38,000! What does the Bank get? ZERO!!!

I recommend each home owner consider opposing his Bank’s attempt to foreclose by using an attorney to prevent a foreclosure filing, to file an answer or where appropriate a counterclaim.

In recent months we have been experiencing an event that has affected the entire world – the corona virus pandemic. What is most exasperating about this illness is that we, humanity, have no control over it. Our best medical experts, scientists, pharmaceutical companies, and politicians have put forth their determinations as to how to end the epidemic, but there have been no lasting results. Frankly speaking, no one knows when or how it will end. Our American lifestyle has been turned upside down. Thousands of persons were infected, and many died. Entire families were told to stay at home, schools were closed, Churches were emptied, and many businesses were shut down. Almost every day for months, we have heard glaring reports about the negative effects of this virus. People are becoming paranoid, afraid to visit their own relatives. Seniors in nursing homes have been locked down, not allowed to see their children and grandchildren. Suicides, alcoholism, drug addiction and violence in our streets went rampant. People wonder: how could this happen? In the Old Testament, there are many instances where the people of Israel turned their backs on God. Prophets were sent by God calling the Israelites to return, but many times the people did not respond. As a result there were consequences to their sinfulness. Eventually it resulted in the destruction of the Temple in Jerusalem. In these trying times we may be experiencing a “Wake Up Call” just like the days of old. you consider yourself an ‘Orthodox Catholic?” and Dianne Feinstein “The dogma lives loudly within you . . . and that’s of concern.” Democrat U.S. Senator Mazie Hirono (a true goofball) to Catholic federal judge nominee and member of the Knights of Columbus, Brian Buescher, “The Knights of Columbus has taken a number of extreme positions,” said Ms. Hirono, a Democrat from Hawaii, citing the group’s opposition to same-sex marriage. “If confirmed, do you intend to end your membership with this organization to avoid an appearance of bias?” Opposition to same sex marriage is extreme? Last year, Democratic National Committee Chairman Tom Perez insisted that pro-life candidates have no place in the modern Democratic Party.” Cardinal Dolan, “I’m a pastor, not a politician. But it saddens me, and weakens the democracy millions

of Americans cherish, when the party that once embraced Catholics now slams the door on us.” Trump’s Catholic Nominees have come under attack from Democrat Senators. As a Catholic I am appalled at Democrats’ attack on those of my faith. Democrat Senator (and former 2020 presidential candidate) Cory Booker applied a “religious test” to Judge Buescher when Booker brought up pro-life statements Buescher had made during 2014 campaign for attorney general in Nebraska. Senator Booker wanted to know “Why should a litigant in your courtroom expect to get a fair hearing from an impartial judge in a case involving abortion rights?” In an ordinary job interview, Senator Booker’s line of questioning would be grounds for a discrimination lawsuit. In the context of a confirmation hearing, it’s unconstitutional. According to Article VI of the U.S. Constitution, “no religious test shall ever be required as a qualification to any office or public trust under the United States. This anti-Christian bigotry doesn’t come from a few radicals on the far-Left. It is increasingly on display from those considered to be “mainstream” Democrats. Never the less, Catholics are left with no other conclusion than if Democrats had their way, they would rewrite the U.S. Constitution to include Catholics need not apply! Catholics need to know who they are voting for. Donald J. Trump has done more to protect Christian beliefs across the country than many of his recent predecessors. Trump is a protector of our Christian beliefs. Trump’s wife, Melania, is a Roman Catholic. Facebook, Google and Twitter have all lined up against the Trump administration and are deliberately withholding information that may benefit Trump in the next presidential election. Recently the Supreme Court ruled against churches from holding services. All of Obama’s Democratic appointees voted against the churches holding service because of Covid-19.

I only recommend procedures that are necessary for your satisfaction.

Myth #2. “You only need to go to the dentist if your teeth hurt.”You might be aware of the saying “prevention is better than the cure.” What is relatively less heard of is that diagnosing and curing a tooth problem at an earlier stage is much easier and cost-effective than if it were to be addressed later.

Even if you aren’t experiencing dental pain, we recommend coming in twice a year for regular cleanings and exams. Some dental issues are asymptomatic but can still cause infection and need treatment. If you were to wait too long, the treatment needed may be more expensive than if the disease were caught before it worsened. Also, teeth have a lesser chance of being saved at a later point in time. Altogether, prevention saves you both time and money in the long-run.

Myth #3. “Flossing can create spaces between your teeth.”Flossing does not create spaces between your teeth. In fact, flossing helps prevent decay between your teeth. When you floss, you’re removing food de-bris nestled around your teeth and gums, which helps keep them healthy and removes harmful bacteria. When you begin a flossing routine you may expe-rience bleeding gums, but after a few weeks of steady flossing, the bleeding tends to decrease. If your gums still bleed with flossing over time, the gum disease might be more severe and I recommend determining the cause and proper treatment plan.

Sometimes if you have plaque and tartar buildup in between and behind your teeth, it can be difficult to floss. A hygienist can help remove that buildup and make it easier for you to establish a successful flossing routine. Learn how to floss.

Myth #4. “It doesn’t matter what time of day I brush.”While we recommend each of our patients brush their teeth at least twice a day, brushing at a certain time does have an impact on your oral health. At night when we sleep, our salivary glands produce less saliva. During the day our saliva flow is higher and it provides a cleansing effect that we don’t get at night. In general, those with dry mouth (whether naturally or due to medica-tion) have more cavities because they have less natural saliva cleansing their mouth and washing away food particles. So, when we don’t brush our teeth at night before bed, those food particles sit on our teeth all night and contrib-ute to tooth decay over time. Brushing in the morning not only fights decay but also helps fight bad breath.

Furthermore, choice of diet plays an integral role in oral health. It is recom-mended to brush right after consuming food and drink high in sugar and carbohydrates to prevent cavities.

Myth #5. “Diet beverages are okay to drink because they don’t have sugar in them.”

Besides soda, other acidic beverages like orange juices, citrus juices, etc. can also cause similar damage. The healthiest alternatives to keep your body hydrated are water, vegetable juice, and milk.

Myth #6. “Oral health is not connected to the rest of the body.”Your oral health is connected to your systemic (overall) health and there are many correlations between your mouth and body. A mouth with severe tooth decay and periodontal disease is more likely to cause bacteria to enter into the bloodstream and result in other health issues. Studies have found a link between periodontal disease and heart disease, diabetes, cancer, and more. Learn more in our blog post about oral health and heart health.

Myth #7. “My teeth are unhealthy because I’m aging.”Aging is not an automatic factor in deteriorating oral health. Those who take care of their teeth during their childhood and adult years will still have healthy teeth in their senior years. Similarly, just because you are young doesn’t mean your teeth will be healthy. I have seen plenty of cases where patients in their 20s and 30s have such severe dental decay that they have to rely on dentures and bridges. In general, oral hygiene is important no mat-ter your age, so be sure to brush and floss throughout your entire life to keep your mouth healthy.

Sammy the Magical Reading Chest … a new approach in reading instruction

By Carole Richards I have been on a quest to create a new approach to teaching children to read and train teachers/and or parents at the same time with short five-minute video lessons. For years, I have written about the problems with reading teacher training and the poor literacy skills in the U.S. The schools know it is a problem, but do not have the money to retrain entire faculties. When teacher’s leave, the replacements must then be trained. So, if I could teach the teachers with the children it’s cost-effective. I believe the program had to be fun, engaging, and easy to use. “Sammy and the Magical Reading Chest” was born. Sammy is a little boy, and his two friends, Maria and Dante. They play in Sammy’s clubhouse where Sammy’s magical toy chest sits. One day, Sammy is looking at a book and out pop’s Miss Alice the Sheep introducing the sound of short “a”. Each video episode introduces one letter, and how those sounds build words. Through animation and puppets, Sammy and her friends learn about the wonderful world of reading. The videos model multi-sensory teaching. With animation, “Bumpy Letter” cards, sand trays and Felt Boards fly on magic carpets and through windows to the children. The children model how to use them. Teachers and parents are encouraged at the end of each video to use the materials seen in the video to reinforce the lesson of the day. By design, there is no teacher’s guide. Teacher/parent instructions are at the bottom of workbook pages and modeled in the video lessons. This program is designed to be fun and engaging with puppets teaching the children. Bear-ly, the Bad Reader Bear, a stuffed bear, on a shelf in the clubhouse shares his fears about learning to read. He communicates his feelings through comic strip bubbles over his head. He is afraid he will lose his friends because he can’t read. However, with encouragement from the puppets and kids, he learns to read more slowly in the series. Just like some children will learn more slowly.I am happy to announce that we have raised enough funds to produce the first twenty concepts (segment one of four). There are 77 concepts in the Sammy series. Production of the videos begins this week in Oberlin, Oh. The Judson Park senior community created handmade materials for 675 Cleveland School children in 27 classrooms. This includes Bumpy Letter cards, felt boards and 35 sets of five short-vowel puppets The program is designed for grades Pre-K through 2. Cleveland Metropolitan School District CEO Eric Gordon, has been a staunch supporter through the development of this process. If a law is broken it is handled through our legal system. It is JUSTICE FOR ALL, that is the way justice is handle. Justice is not served through the news reporters, television commentators or public opinion. We the people make the laws and we can change them, but is must be done in a peaceful and democratic way with all people involved in the process. There are good and bad in every profession, plumbers, doctors, bus drivers, accounts, engineers etc., I could fill this page with all types of professions. And you would find good and bad in any of them. Our laws give people the right to assemble and demonstrate peacefully, but it does not give anyone the right to loot, throw stones, break windows, set a $50,000 police car on fire or burn a Wendy’ s restaurant down. What does that kind of destruction solve? The answer is NOTHING. All it does, is cost John Q. Citizen more money to repair the damage and insurance premiums to rise. It is like cutting off your nose to spite your face. Stop, and think what was accomplished? There was no Love or Respect being shown. Only violence, which led to more violence! For decades I have worked alongside police departments in two communities, in two different counties and I have found the police, male and female officers, to be very caring and efficient in performing their duties. They take an oath when hired, to protect and serve the public. And they do it to the best of their ability. They chose to be civil servant, to be a police officer. The difference being, from the occupations stated above, when a police officer puts on his or her uniform, and kisses their love ones good bye, to go out on the streets, to protect and service the public, it may be the last time they see their family. All, and I mean ALL police officers just want to do their job and come home safe to their families. In 2019, 131 police officers were killed in the line of duty. Everyone deserves to come home, ELM! The Texas Department of Public Safety subsequently confirmed that the MS-13 is a top tier gang thanks to the influx of illegal alien gang members that crossed into the state under Obama’s disastrous program, which saw over 60,000 illegal immigrants—many with criminal histories—storm into the U.S. in a matter of months. Tens of thousands more have entered since then. President Trump vowed to crush the famously savage MS-13 and shortly after taking office issued an Executive Order directing several agencies, including the departments of Justice, State and Homeland Security, to coordinate an effort to restore safety for the American people by extinguishing transitional criminal organizations such as MS-13. The order states that the criminal groups have spread throughout the nation, threatening the safety of the United States and its citizens. “These organizations derive revenue through widespread illegal conduct, including acts of violence and abuse that exhibit a wanton disregard for human life,” the order says. “They, for example, have been known to commit brutal murders, rapes, and other barbaric acts. These groups are drivers of crime, corruption, violence, and misery.” The president gives federal agencies 120 days to report progress in combating the criminal organizations as well as recommended actions for dismantling them. In August 2019 Attorney General William Barr launched an initiative known as Joint Task Force Vulcan (JTFV) to address MS-13 with a coordinated force of federal law enforcement agencies and the Department of Justice (DOJ). JTFV has increased collaboration with foreign law enforcement partners, including in El Salvador, Mexico, Honduras, and Guatemala; designated priority MS-13 programs, cliques and leaders, who have the most impact on the U.S., for targeted prosecutions, and; coordinated significant MS-13 indictments in U.S. Attorney’s Offices across the country, such as New York, Virginia and Nevada. Less than a year after its formation, the task force has recorded big successes. This week the DOJ announced a number of significant JTFV cases, including for the first time an MS-13 member being charged with terrorism-related offenses, the take down of the MS-13 Hollywood leadership and the Attorney General’s decision to seek the death penalty against an MS-13 operative. JTFV Director John Durham calls it the result of tremendous teamwork between prosecutors and law enforcement officers across the United States and Central America. The cases announced this week include an indictment against a high-ranking MS-13 operative, Melgar Diaz, in Virginia. Diaz is charged with conspiring to provide material support to terrorists, conspiring to kill or maim persons overseas, conspiring to commit acts of terrorism transcending national boundaries, conspiring to finance terrorism, and; conspiring to engage in narco-terrorism, in addition to racketeering conspiracy and drug trafficking. In another case eight MS-13 members were indicted in New York for committing six murders, two attempted murders, kidnapping, narcotics felonies and related firearms offenses. In Nevada 13 MS-13 gang bangers, including leaders of the “Hollywood Locos” clique and “Los Angeles Program” were charged with multiple counts of narcotics distribution and weapons crimes. The task force is also responsible for the indictment in New York of Alexi Saenz, an MS-13 leader accused of committing seven murders, including two high school students with a machete and baseball bat. “MS-13 is a violent transnational criminal organization, whose criminal activities respect no boundaries,” said Durham, the JTFV director. “The only way to defeat MS-13 is by targeting the organization as a whole, focusing on the leadership structure, and deploying a whole-of-government approach against a common enemy.”
