General Conditions: 1. In case response to any post is more,
screening will be restricted to those with higher percentage
of marks and experience.2. Candidates will be called for
technical interview based on their academic and professional
qualifications and experience in the relevant field. Final
selection will be based on theperformance in the interview.
3. Selected candidates, on their appointment, will be governed
by the New Contributory PensionScheme.

5. Selected candidates are likely to be posted at places
indicated but are also liable to be posted toany part of India in
the Constituent Units of Department of Atomic Energy.
6. The candidates called for interview from outstation will be
paid to and fro rail fare by SECONDCLASS/ SLEEPER or actual fare
whichever is less.
7. Age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST/physically
challenged candidates / regularGovernment servants working in posts
which are in the same line and 3 years for OBC

8. Relaxation in the upper age limit of 5 years shall be
admissible to all persons who had ordinarilybeen domiciled in
Kashmir division of the state of Jammu & Kashmir during the

1989 provided that the relaxation in the upperage limit for
appearing at any examination shall be subject to the maximum number
of chancespermissible under the relevant rules.Certificate
regarding proof of residence any person intending to avail of this
relaxation of agelimit admissible under rule 3 shall submit a
certificate from:
(a) the dist. Magistrate in the Kashmir division within those
jurisdiction he had ordinarily resided;or(b) any other authority
designated in this behalf by the Government of Jammu & Kashmir
to theeffect that he had ordinarily been domiciled in the Kashmir
division of the state of Jammu &Kashmir during the period from
the 1 st day of January, 1980 to the 31 st day of December,
1989.Relaxation in the upper age limit of 5 years shall be
admissible to children/family members of those who died in the 1984
riots.
9. BARC reserves the right to reject or accept the candidature
of any applicant at any stage.10. BARC reserves the right to
cancel/restrict/enlarge/modify/alter the recruitment process, if
need
arises, without issuing any further notice or assigning any
reason therefore.Each application should be accompanied by
non-refundable crossed Indian Postal Order/DD for
`2 50/- (Rupees Two hundred fifty only) payable at Mumbai in
