The FINN International Cannes Week cooperation with the FINN FRANCE and in conjunction with the International Finn Association (IFA).

The notation [DP] in a rule in the Notice of Race (NoR) means that the penalty for a breach of the rule mdiscretion of the protest committee, be less than disqualification.

1. RULES
