Background: PDE has approved our PlanCon Part A “Project Justification” and Part B “Schematic Design” submissions for the potential Corl Street, Houserville, and Radio Park projects. As part of the process, the Board must accept the approvals and enter the correspondence as part of the meeting minutes. (Attached) PlanCon is the multi-phased process by which PDE authorizes State reimbursements to local school districts for construction projects.
