Analysis and Modeling User experience analysis is the process of measuring the interaction between a user and a user interface, often a website, an application or a design.

Scoping is recommended to ensure the project and strategy complies with the goals and requirements. The project analysis should include research to understand the user and usage scenarios. Two research approaches are taken to help determine the strategy: Participatory, which includes Stakeholder input, and Observational, which focuses on Task Analysis.

A good analysis of interaction requirements is essential to a successful user interface. We use the latest methodologies and software tools to quickly analyze the interaction factors in play. Models are created to allow us to understand precisely the relationships among users, task flows, and data, and in turn those models help inform our creative process.

Determining the needs for your project will also include deciding on the best architecture for the interaction. A strong evaluation of strategy to develop the UX concepts is conducted using creative brainstorming or methodical solution finding. With the end-user in mind, our goal is to design the most concise, best solution to interact with digital technology.

Designing the User Interface Design is focusing on the human experience as an explicit outcome and human engagement as a goal. In order to make sure the UI design is aligned with client goals and requirements, our design team has the capability to step in at any stage of an application's user interface design and deliver best-in-class deliverables. From developing the interaction wireframes, to wrapping an entirely new visual design over existing architecture, we’ve got it covered.

We provide the right mix of innovation and accuracy that a great user interface must have. Our user interface design services are tailored to be exactly what your project requires. We cover all phases of the design from initial analysis to final production.

Wireframes: How Ideas EmergeWireframes are design artifacts where we sketch out ideas for your new user interface. Typically, wireframes are prepared after analysis is completed. They allow us to discuss our design ideas with your team and to help you visualize how the new user interface will interact with your users. Wireframes are used to:

Icon Design: Meaningful SymbolsIcons and graphics form the visual language of a user interface. We produce visual languages that are clear, consistent, and appealing to your users; excellent graphics for excellent communication. We can use pre-built components, domain specific UI templates, or third-party integrations.

Prototyping: Stand-Alone InterfaceA good user experience does not get delivered just like that. It is the result of the countless hours of efforts spent in the product development process, from conceptualization to the final delivery. It involves designing and redesigning your product or app based on a series of exhaustive user testing sessions. Creating a prototype will allow the user to interact the product and get a sense of how the product actually works.

Click-through prototypes can be made for all kinds of target languages and devices. This is an ideal vehicle to capture a design, demo to clients, test with users, and transfer to your own development

team as the user interface specification. This can be one of the key deliverables for your project.

Developing the Optimal User Experience Modern technologies, such as HTML5/CSS3 or mobile user interface platforms with multi-touch, open up new and exciting opportunities to develop outstanding user interface design experiences. Thanks to the excellent visual customization options of the latest technologies, even the most complex innovations can be easily implemented.

We have expertise with all major front-end technologies, and we are constantly evaluating emerging technologies to incorporate into our projects.

Testing UX/ UI for Usability BarriersUsability testing ensures the selected test scenarios represent the expected usage of the system. Accurate target group testing is chosen to represent test subjects under typical working conditions. Our usability testing will identify not only usability barriers, but also the aspects of the application that the user perceives as positive.

It is imperative that you expand UX testing to measure results on desktop, tablet, and mobile.

The two most important design items to test are: Readability: The default for most mobile devices is to “shrink” content to fit on the screen. This “shrinking” requires the end-user to zoom in and scan across the page to read text or click a link. It leads to a frustrating user experience and makes navigation very difficult.

Graphics & Rich Media: You should limit and test your use of images on mobile devices. Often, the big, beautiful image at the top of your web page will take ages to load and take up the entire first screen on a mobile device. While it may be aesthetically pleasing to you, this gets in the way of your users, who are often on-the-go and looking for specific information.
