5.1. Turbine Governors is WOODWARD Peak 150.5.2. Turbine shall be per Sabic Specification G06-S01 & G06-S01-AE and API 611, 5th Ed. as commented during BID phase. 5.3. Axially split casing shall be designed to permit inspection and replacement of the bearings and outer glands without the removal of upper half.5.4. Turbine shall be designed to cover the maximum BHP of entire Cooling Water Pump performance curve. Driven Equipment Vendor having unit responsability5.5. Bearing housing shall be provided with INPRO seal 5.6. Steam drains shall be provided with valves and terminated with flanged connection at the edge of the baseplate. 5.7. 2 Vibration probes and proximeter on sleeve bearings.5.8. 4 RTD's with transmitter on the thrust bearings. 1 RTD with transmitter on each sleeve bearing5.9. Turbine shall be equipped with hydraulic trip linkages and trip indicators.5.10. Pressure lube oil system for complete Cooling Water Pump and steam turbine train shall be provided by pump vendor. See pump data sheets UU-P-50A/B/C for details.5.11 Surface preparation and painting per Peinting Specification PS-128735.5.12 Turbine rotor to be equipped with keyphsasor and speed probe with readout in the DCS.5.13 Bearing housing to be equipped with INPRO seal to avoid condensate ingress into the oil system and provision for instrument air purge to be provided.5.14 TTV to be hydraulic type, fitted, with limit switches as described in PID 1000289390.5.15 Turbine to have capabilitly to overspeed test from CCR.5.16 Turbine efficiency is very important and will be used to determine selected bidder, based on energy consumption. Turbine efficiency at normal steam conditions shall be as a minimum 55% 5.17 Material certificates for carbon steel pressure containing parts, rotor, nozzle rings and blades shall be furnished.
