Washington State Lean Journey

• Executive Order 11-04 required all state cabinet

agencies to:

o Train Lean practitioners

o Use Lean to improve at least one public-facing

process

o Report progress and (projected) results statewide

• The new Governor will soon issue a new Executive

Order.
