OPERATION
MAINTENANCE
1. Atthebeginningofeachseason,lubricate,withalightmachineoil,thelatch,thelatchpivotbolt,andtheareaoftheaxlewherethedrawbartonguepivots.
2. Grease or oil the wheel bearings periodically. Useautomotive wheel bearing type grease or 20 weightoil.
3. Keeptiresfilledtotherecommendedtirepressureof12-14 psi.
1. Refertothevehicleownersmanualforinstructionsonsafe operation on slopes.
2. Usetheslopeguideprovidedonpage7ofthismanualto determine if slope angle is too steep for safe operation.
3. Forbesthandlingandtraction,distributetheweightoftheloadevenlyinthecart.
4. Always test tomakesure your tractorhasadequatetowing and braking capabilities whenever hauling asubstantial amount ofweight in your cart.Useextracautionwhenoperatingonslopes.
Do Not Exceed 500 Lb. Weight Capacity Of CartOne cubic foot of dirt weighs approximately 80 lbs.
5. Todumpmaterialfromthecart,removethetailgate(1)byliftingitstraightupandoutfrombetweentheguides.Releasethespringlatchonthetonguebypullingthelatchlocklever(13)forward,awayfromthecart.Thecartbedwillthentiltbackwardstoemptyitscontents.Afteremptying,pullthefrontofthebeddowntowardthecarttongueuntilthelatchlockleversnapsintoplace.Replacethetailgateifdesired.
6. Themaximumtowingspeedforthiscartis10m.p.h.

8. Vehiclebrakingandstabilitymaybeaffectedwiththeattachmentofthiscart.Donotfillcarttomaximumweightcapacitywithoutcheckingthecapabilityofthetowingvehicletosafelypullandstopwiththecartattached.
9. Beforeoperatingvehicleonanygrade (hill) refer to thesafety rules in thevehicleowner'smanualconcerningsafeoperationonslopes.Referalsototheslopeguideonpage7ofthismanual.Stay off steep slopes!

OPERACIÒN
MANTENIMIENTO1. Con cada cambio de estación, utilice aceite ligero paramáquinasparalubricarelcierre,eltornillodegirodelcierreylazonadelejeenlaquegiralalengüetadeenganche.
2. Engraseolubriqueconaceiteloscojinetesdelasruedasdeformaperiódica.Utiliceaceitedeautomociónparacojinetesde ruedas o aceite 20W.
3. Mantengalosneumáticosinfladosaunapresiónrecomendadade 12-14 psi.
5. Para volcar el material del carrito, retire la puerta trasera (1) elevándola y sacándola de las guías. Suelte el cierre delmuelledelalengüetatirandodelapalancadebloqueodelcierre(13)haciadelante,alejándoladelcarrito.Labasedelcarritoseinclinaráhaciaatrásparavaciarsucontenido.Unavezvacío,tiredelapartedelanteradelabasehacialalengüetadelcarritohastaqueelcierrequedeenganchadoen su posición. Vuelva a colocar la puerta trasera si así lo desea.
6. Lavelocidadderemolquemáximaparaestecarritoesde16,5km/h.
PRECAUCIÓN: Para evitar posibles dañospersonales,antesdesoltarelcierre,asegúresedequenohaynadiejuntoalcarrito.
PRECAUCIÓN: La capacidad de frenado y la estabilidaddelvehículopuedenverseafectadasporlautilizacióndecualquiertipodeaccesorio.Tengaencuantalascondicionescambiantescuandotrabajeenpendientes.
REGLAS DE SEGURIDADCualquierequipomovidopormotorpuedecausarlesionessiseoperainadecuadamenteosielusuarionoentiendecómodebeoperarlo. Manténgase atento y cauteloso siempre que opere el equipo.
1. Consulte el manual de usuario del vehículo para ver lasinstruccionessobrefuncionamientoseguroenpendientes.
2. Utilice la guía de pendientes de la página 9 de este manual para determinar si el ángulo de la pendiente es demasiado pronunciado para un funcionamiento seguro.
3. Paraconseguirelmejormanejoylamayortracciónposibles,distribuya el peso de la carga de forma uniforme en elcarrito.
4. Asegúresedequesuvehículotractortienelacapacidadderemolque y de frenado adecuada para remolcar una cantidad depesoconsiderableensucarrito.Extremelasprecaucionescuandotrabajeenpendientes.
No superar los 226 kg de capacidad del carrito.30 cm cúbicos de tierra pesa, aprox., 36 kg.

4. Toujours vérifier si le véhicule freine et peut remorqueradéquatementavantdetirertoutechargedanslacharrette.Soyezdoublementvigilantdanslespentes.
ATTENTION: Lastabilitéetlacapacitédefreinaged’unvéhiculepeutêtrediminuéeparl’ajoutd’unaccessoire.Soyezvigilantdanslespentes.
N.B.

ENTRETIEN1. Aucommencementdechaquesaison,graissezaumoyend'unemachineàgraisserlégère,leverrou,leboulonpivotduverrou,etlazonedel'essieuoùlabarredetractiond'attelagepivote.
2. Graissezoulubrifiezlesroulementsdesrouespériodiquement.Utilisezdelagraissepourroulementderoued'automobileoudel'huiledepoids20.
3. Maintenezlespneusbiengonflésàlapressionrecommandéede 12-14 psi.
5. Pourdéchargerdesmatériauxhorsdelaremorque,retirezlehayon(1)arrièreenlesoulevanttoutdroitethorsdesguides.Relâchezleressortdeverrouillagedelabarred'attelageentirantlelevierduloquetdeverrouillage(13)versl'avant,horsdelaremorque.Leplancherdelaremorquevaainsis'inclinerversl'arrièrepourvidersoncontenu.Aprèsavoirtoutdéchargé,tirezl'avantduplancherverslebasetverslabarred'attelagedelaremorquejusqu'àcequeleloquets'enclencheenplace.Replacezlehayonarrièresivousledésirez.
6. Lavitessedeconduitemaximalepermisepourleremorquageestde16km/heure.
