• Develop the workforce of teachers, non teaching staff, parents and volunteers and young leaders• Develop a workforce of Active Lifestyle Coaches to engage least active young people• Provide access to specialist coaches, training and equipment – lunchtime/after school programmes• Support young people to access quality coaching, higher level competition and move into clubs.

Participation and Engagement
