    Introduction

The Client Dashboard (Dashboard) expands upon the features of the Lenders page available in EPPS versions prior to 16.3. The Dashboard is the base where you can monitor and maintain the status of all Investor pricing. The Dashboard enables you to:

Upload rate sheets for the Investors for which you have Upload authority.

    Maintain Investor login credentials.

Easily disable or worsen Investor pricing when the market is quickly deteriorating.

In addition, the Dashboard includes the following functionality:

The Dashboard is the new Home page for Client Administrators (Client Admins). Once logged in, Client Admins will always start on the Dashboard page.

EPPS will not time out due to user inactivity when the Dashboard is displayed.

The Dashboard is automatically refreshed at one minute intervals.

    Client Dashboard

The Dashboard displays each Investor relationship available to you. Some Investors may be displayed more than once if multiple rate documents are maintained for the Investor relationship.

Note: The screen shot below is a sample Dashboard.

The Dashboard includes the following columns:

Investor – Lists the Investors with which you have a pricing relationship.

Rate Doc Name – The internal system name for the pricing source document provided by the

Investor. Depending on the Investor configuration, multiple rate documents (in multiple rows) can be listed for a single Investor.

Rate Sheet Date – The pricing date and time provided by the Investor in the rate document. If no

date and time is provided by the Investor, rate sheet date defaults to the active date.

Active Date – The date and time at which the pricing submitted in the rate document became

    active in EPPS.

Messages – Can display one of four values.

Pending – This link is displayed while a rate sheet upload file is being processed by the system. It will appear red if errors have been logged and green if no errors have been logged. Clicking on the link displays all messages for the upload.

No Errors – This link appears green. It indicates no errors were generated from the most

recent rate sheet upload for the Investor-Rate Doc combination. Clicking on the link displays success messages for the upload.

Error: N –This link appears red, where N is the number of errors generated from the

most recent rate sheet upload for the Investor-Rate Doc combination. Clicking on the link displays the errors as well as any success messages for the upload.

Blank – There will be no entry in this column if you do not have the authority to upload

rates for the Investor-Rate Doc combination.

Actions – Up to three actions can be available to an Investor-Rate Doc combination.

Edit – Enables you to edit your individual Investor settings.

Rates – Displays a read-only version of the current Investor base pricing.

Upload – Initiates the rate sheet upload process. It is only available to Investors for which

the Upload action has been activated.

Note: For additional information on these actions, see the Actions section.

    Section 1: Client Dashboard 5

    Actions

    Edit

This action enables you to edit your individual Investor settings. It was available from the Lenders page in EPPS versions prior to 16.3. The Edit action has been enhanced to support new features available through the Dashboard.

Note: The two areas in red in the screen shot identifies the new features added to the Dashboard.

    Disable/Worsen Until Next Reprice

This section is where you maintain custom Investor settings for the Disable and Worsen Until Next Reprice features.

Reprice Percent – The amount of price adjustment applied to the Investor relationship when Worsen Until Next Reprice is selected for the Investor.

The percent can range from 0.000% to 25.000% to three decimal positions only.

Reprice Email – The email address or addresses that will receive a system-generated email

notification when the Investor reprices. These emails are generated only when the Disable or Worsen Until Next Reprice features are set for the Investor.

Multiple email addresses can be added.

Emails are 100 characters in length.

    Investor Credentials

This section is where you can maintain your login credentials for Investor pricing retrieved from a secure web site.

Note: You should be familiar with the use of the Investor’s web site.

Company ID – Your Company ID, if the Investor requires one.

    Login – Your Investor Login.

  • Using the Encompass Product and Pricing (EPPS) Client Dashboard

    6 Section 1: Client Dashboard

Password – Your Investor Password. The password is displayed to you because this is the only method available to validate the accuracy of the password. If the password and/or login are entered incorrectly, it will not be detected by the system until the next reprice attempt.

Pricing Suspended – This will be selected if the previously stored Investor Login Credentials

failed. After updating your credentials, you can enable pricing by clearing the check box.

    Rates

This action displays a read-only version of the current Investor base pricing.

    Upload

This action initiates the rate sheet upload process. It is only available for Investors for which the Upload action has been activated.

Note: You must submit a Support Case to activate the Upload functionality.

    Upload authority is available for:

1 Clients with custom loan programs, where the client is the Investor

    and

2 Investors that provide client-specific pricing where the client can modify the pricing and upload it in

the exact same file format provided by the Investor.
