Step 2 - Under the Insert tab, in the Illustrations group, click SmartArt.

In the drop down display, choose the color or color scheme you want to use.

Text entered in the Text Pane is automatically placed into the corresponding SmartArt shapes.

The text placeholders show how your text will appear when typed directly into the SmartArt.
