User Manual for LoI(Letter of Intent)                  Date:18th December 2013  1) Create a new account if new user

2) Register institution name by entering valid email id .After registration you will receive your login credentials on the registered email id.

3) If registered successfully then login with your credentials

4) Select appropriate option of institution type to submit LoI from option Letter of Intent

a) Select College/University to submit LoI . b) User can directly print LoI already submitted by print option.

5) Select the courses offered by College/University, enter the bank details and submit.

6) Select the course type offered by institution.

7) If the institution wishes to apply for Physical Education or Teacher Education, then they have to submit a separate LoI for the same else Select category General Courses. • Select first option to apply LoI for Accreditation Cycle 1.

8 a) For Letter of Intent for Accreditation Cycle 1: Select Letter of Intent for Accreditation Cycle [1].

8b) For Re-accreditation: Select Letter of Intent for Accreditation Cycle [2, 3, 4, 5…].

8c) For Reassessment: Select Letter of Intent for Reassessment

9) In Question No. 6) Select the option of recognition of the college under section 2f of the UGC Act?

• If the option is “Yes” enter the date of recognition as shown below. Select the option of recognition of the college under section 12B of the UGC Act? If the option is “Yes” enter the date of recognition, as shown below and click on Continue. By doing this, all the details captured from Question No. 1 t0 7a shall be saved for further reference.

10) Upload all required certificates in “.pdf” format only from the following screen.

11) Enter all the details in “Page 2 of 3” as shown below and click on “Continue” button.

The following screen will appear.

12) Enter all the details in “Page 3of 3” as below and click on “Save/Preview and Edit” option.

13) User can Export the report in any format by selecting a format and clicking on “Export” button Click on “Submit” button to view the “Track id” of the college as shown above.

14) User can view the submitted details of institute and can change the details from Edit option

15) After clicking on submit option from above screen you will receive your Trackid on your registered email account.

16) Institution can change the name of the institute by uploading the related documents from authorities concerned. As shown in the below screen. (This option is only for Accreditation cycle 2 onwards.)

17) User can check the uploaded certificate details from the following screen.

Click on “Print LOI Fee Submission Format” button, LOI Fee report will be generated as shown below. Click on “Preview and Print” button, LOI report will be generated.
