OrdersExport and ImportExport orders from Magento andimport them into other Magento installs,ERP systems and/or accounting software

List of features: Allows to export orders from Magentoand import them into other Magento installs,ERP systems and/or accounting software.

Enables export via remote FTP, e-mail and cron;

Supports CSV/Tab Separated, XML formats;

Enables Admin to upload XSL Template Filefor transferring orders to 3rd party software;

Allow for exporting orders based on various criteria;

Enables Admin to define Order Fields which areto be exported;

Enables Admin to export only those orders froma specific selection that weren’t exported before;

1. Manage proflesHow to fnd: System > Import/Export > Aitoc Order Export

The extension allows youusing multiple proles withdifferent settings.

“Loaded prole“ shows youthe prole you can managenow.

“Prole“ dropdown allowsyou selecting another prole.

“Load prole“ and “Deleteprole“ buttons apply thefunction to the item selectedin “Prole“ dropdown.

“Store View” dropdownhelps you using ex¬port forselected stores.

Save current prole without exporting. Ifyou want to create a new prole you shouldtype a new name into “Prole Name“ eld

and press “Save” button.

2. Confguring export outputHow to fnd: System > Import/Export > Aitoc Order Export

Order Export le will be placed on local serv -er in “Path folder“ with lename “File Prex“_

YYYYM¬MDDHHMMSS.ext

You can download the le when export is complete.

You’ll get the email with export le attached. You

can edit email template using default Magentomeans (System > Transactional emails).Please note that creating export le can take up to

several minutes.

Order Export le will be placed on remote FTP.Please note that creating export le can take up toseveral minutes.

The extension supports exporting in XML format. XMLle is a preferred type for order migration betweendifferent Magento versions.

XSL template may allow you creating order ex¬portles that can be imported into 3rd party soft¬ware.

The automatic exporting can be started upon different types of events. You may select one of them if automatic exporting isneeded.

Please note that CSV les may have various for -mats. For example you can open le in MicrosoftExcel and then save it in the same CSV format

without any changes. As a result you get the lewith new data structure. The CVS le should beedited in plain text editor.

You can create lters by order status, order number, cus-tomer ID, product ID and order date.Please note that you can create lters with empty values.

Cron job will help you to create a schedule

for order exporting.“Export orders which were not exported before” optionworks within the current prole.

The tabs contain options to select data to export from orders.Order export contains invoices, shipments and etc. You canskip some data if you don’t need it.

3. Order Export History and Processor TabHow to fnd: System > Import/Export > Aitoc Order Export

History tab contains all export history to control export pro-

cess. You can check every exporting with full details (down-

load the le exported and see the list of the exported orders).

Please note that export process can take up to several min-utes due to the large number of orders. You can control theprogress of export and cancel it.

4. Confguring importHow to fnd: System > Import/Export > Aitoc Order Import

The extension checks data structure beforeimporting.

“Store View” dropdown helpsyou to import into the certain

store.Usually Magento installationshave different set of customerIDs and product IDs. The exten-sion matches customers by e-mail addresses and products bySKU.

The extension can create cus-tomers’ accounts based on “Bill-ing Information” from theirorders.

Import logic:1. Append Complex Data.Import will be processed if orde-rID is not present in the system.2. Replace existing complex data.Import will be processed foreach order. If you import the

orders with OrderIDs that al-ready present in the system theexisting order will be replaced byimported orders.3. Delete entities.

All Orders with orderIDs in im-port le will be deleted
