Life: Am I spending a lot of time in front of my PCand ignoring many other important things whichcant wait, like perform the prayers, help my

parents, and etc?

Knowledge: Am I using Internet to improve myknowledge? Do I teach others whatever I havelearnt to benefit them, i.e. through forums, blogs,chat rooms?

Money: Am I spending my money to just get access togames without getting any benefit from that? (bythe way it is ok to buy games and have some fun butthere are people who get addicted to something andthey start spending money without thinking!)

Body: How many hours do you usually sit on the chair to use the PC? If it is too much without takingbreaks to drink water or move our limbs then ou
