TUTORS:ELENI REKOUTI,MARIA TSAMI
This presentation is part of the Erasmus+ program
:Innovation=Motivation :How to be a smart student with
an intelligent mind
This survey was conducted by the
students of our school in order to check the
use of ICT and apps in the local society.
We created a questionnaire using
google docs about the use of ICT and
apps by the locals both in their
workplace and free time and asked the
parents of our school to answer it.
Furthermore, two parents came to our
school and talked to us about the apps
they use at their work
This is the link to our
questionnaire

.45 people took part in this survey. There
were 32 women and 13 men. The majority
of the participants were at the age between
41 up to 45.Most of them work in the public
sector
A great number of people, 41 out of 45 use
computers and smartphones at their work for
more than 10 years. This use seems to be
constant and has created easier working
conditions for the majority of the people asked.
A great percentage uses office apps, with
the most popular apps to be Word Excel
and Power point following .The least
popular ones were Publisher and Autocad
All participants have e mails, and half of them use google
forms and web2.0.The least popular apps were
collaborative tools
The most important reason for using them was saving
time and effort .Another reason is access to
communication and efficiency
One of the parents that visited our school
Mrs Katerina Vlachou is an English
language teacher and talked to us about
story bird, an educational app that
promotes creativity and collaboration
among her students.
This is what she said

info in a code
All children enjoyed and learnt a lot
during these two visits.
Thank you parents!!!!!!!
