LETTER OF RECOMENDATION: Francis Benintende was a valuable employee of USC Consulting Group, LLC for nine and one half years where he provided Human Resources, Operational Management, Information Technology, Human Resources Administration and support to over 150 professionals across North America, as well as our administrative offices in Philadelphia and Chicago. USC is a $35 Million privately held management consulting firm, where he was responsible for organizational development, operational and management training, business-to-business re-engineering and an annual Information Technology budget of approximately $750,000. One of his tasks was to migrated the hardware, peripherals and applications of each individual’s (+110) databases, from an Apple’s MacOS PowerBook Solution to a Toshiba’s Laptop Solution, running Microsoft’s Windows XP Professional, Office XP Professional with Microsoft’s Exchange 2000 Administration (Budget: $.75M - 3month project). Due to financial instability, economic problems and internal re- organization, we out sourced his position. We would appreciate if you would be so kind to review his CV to see if there is a possible opportunity within your Company. Francis’s strengths reside in his partnerships with hardware and software vendors, which resulted in significant savings to USC in equipment purchases and his extensive knowledge in the field of performance improvement within the client’s internal workforce, as well as USC’s employees. Another of his strengths is his problem solving / trouble shooting abilities while traveling 90-100% of the time. His ability to direct USC in establishing guidelines on how we can use technology to strengthen relationships and improve productivity has proven to be invaluable. While the position required him to be “hands on”, he was also able to provide leadership in directing the company in designing and installing HR procedures, operational procedures as well as the development of an IT strategy for our Company. He also has experience in consulting manufacturing facilities, customer service operations and numerous other types industries while with USC. I would recommend Mr. Benintende for a position as either an International Sales & Marketing Executive, Strategic Sourcing / Procurement Director, Human Resources (HRIS) Administrator or in the International Management Information / Operational arena, with any company needing an independent thinking professional who is conscientious and customer service oriented.
