CLASSES HAVING LOW ENROLLMENT ARE SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION Types of Aid Tuition Assistance: Active Duty military students approved under this program will have 100% of the tuition and fees paid by the government. It is the student’s responsibility to request TA prior to the institution’s late registration period. Military Spouse Career Advancement Account Program (MYCAA): Active Duty military spouses approved under this pro- gram are eligible for a one-time $4000 dollar tuition assistance. Civilian & Veterans CH 30 Montgomery GI Bill: Students must pay 100% of the tuition when enrolling. * Students using VA benefits will not be certified until after the Drop/Add Refund period for the term. Pell Grant: Students whose grants are pre-approved will be required to pay 100% of the portion of tuition that is not covered by the grant. Guaranteed Student Loan: Students must pay 100% when enrolling in class Base Passes Students must call CTC two weeks prior to the first day of class. Passes will no longer be re- quested on short notice due to high volume and long wait times. Official Evaluations Students are encouraged to request an official evaluation immediately upon enrollment. *This is a very important step for VA Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover accepted *NO CASH* Students are responsible for any additional amounts due to CTC for post- enrollment audits and corrections, including all fees and waivers: i.e., reg- istration assessing errors, dropping or adding classes, invalid employment or third-party waivers, etc. Tuition Information In-House Tuition $250 per Semester Hour Total Cost per 3SH course—$750 per 4SH course—$1000 Distance Education Tuition $235 per Semester Hour Total Cost per 3SH course-—$705 per 4SH course—$940 Withdrawal/Refunds All refunds will be computed from the date the application for Withdrawal/Refund is filed, according to the following schedule: Last Day for 75% Refund: 7 Days into the Term Last Day for 25% Refund: 10 Days into the Term Last Day for 5% Refund: 24 Days into the Term No refunds after 24 days into the term. Air Force and Civilian students withdrawing from class must apply for withdrawal in the CTC office. All Go Army Ed Students withdrawing must use the Portal. The effective date of withdrawal is the date the with- drawal form is signed in the CTC office, not when the student stopped attending class.
