The acceptance of any name in connection with the registration of a product under this Act is not to be construed as giving the registrant a right to exclusive use of the name or to its use if it has been covered by others. This product is conditionally registered in accordance with FIFRA sec 3(c)(7)(A) provided that you: 1. Submit and/or cite all data required for registration of your product under FIFRA sec. 3(c)(5) when the Agency requires all registrants of similar products to submit such data; and submit acceptable responses required for re-registration of your product under FIFRA section 4. 2. b. Submit the Storage Stability and Corrosion Characteristics studieswithin one (1) from the date of the Notice of Registration.

3. Submit two (2) copies of your final printed labeling before distributing orselling the product bearing the revised labeling.

If these conditions are not complied with, the registration will be subject tocancellation in accordance with FIFRA sec. 6(e). Your release for shipment of theproduct constitutes acceptance of these conditions.

A stamped copy of the label is enclosed for your records.

PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENTSHAZARDS TO HUMANS AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS

DANGER. Corrosive. Causes irreversible eye damage and skin burns. Fatal if absorbedthrough skin or inhaled. Harmful if swallowed. Do not get in eyes, on skin, or on clothing.Do not breathe vapor or spray mist. Wear protective clothing, chemical resistant glovesand protective eyewear such as goggles, face shield, or safety glasses. Wear arespirator with an organic-vapor removing cartridge with a prefilter approved forpesticides (MSHA/NIOSH approval number prefix TC-23C), or a canister approved forpesticides (MSHA/NIOSH approval number prefix TC-14G), or a NIOSH approvedrespirator with an organic vapor (OV) cartridge or canister with any N, R, P or HEprefilter. Wash thoroughly with soap and water after handling and before eating,drinking, chewing gum, using tobacco or using the toilet. Remove and washcontaminated clothing before reuse. Prolonged or frequently repeated skin contact maycause allergic reactions in some individuals.

PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENTWorkers handling this product must wear extended length waterproof gloves that coverhands, wrists and lower forearms, and a full-length waterproof apron.

ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDSThis pesticide is toxic to fish and aquatic invertebrates. Do not discharge effluentcontaining this product into lakes, streams, ponds, estuaries, oceans or other watersunless in accordance with the requirements of a National Pollutant Discharge EliminationSystem (NPDES) permit and the permitting authority has been notified in writing prior todischarge. Do not discharge effluent containing this product to sewer systems withoutpreviously notifying the local sewage treatment plant authority. For guidance, contactyour State Water Board or Regional Office of EPA.

DIRECTIONS FOR USEIt is a violation of Federal Law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with itslabeling.

[for containers < 5 gallons] Triple rinse as follows: Empty the remaining contents intoapplication equipment or a mix tank and drain for 10 seconds after the flow begins todrip. Fill the container % full with water and recap. Shake for 10 seconds. Pour rinsateinto application equipment or a mix tank or store rinsate for later use or disposal. Drainfor 10 seconds after the flow begins to drip. Repeat this procedure two more times. Thenoffer for recycling or reconditioning, or puncture and dispose of empty bottle in a sanitarylandfill or by incineration, or, if allowed by state and local authorities, by burning. Replace andtighten closures. Tip container on its side and roll it back and forth, ensuring at least onecomplete revolution, for 30 seconds. Then offer forrecycling or reconditioning, or puncture and dispose of empty bottle in a sanitary landfillor by incineration, or, if allowed by state and local authorities, by burning.
