Registration Procedure

The UpToDate login page can be accessed with the following URL -

https://sendss.state.ga.us/sendss/uptodate.login

In order to register for access you will first need to fill a short registration form. This can be

accessed by clicking on “Register (New User)” as shown below [1].

Choosing a Password

1. Your email ID is your user ID. Ensure you type in the exact email in verify email field

or else you will encounter a system error message.

2. Fill out Password Information (choose a password that can be easily remembered).

1. Enter the organization you belong to. 2. Select the district you belong to. This will ensure your access requests are directed to

the correct supervisor. 3. Click “Save” to complete your registration.

System Message

If you encounter a System Message while saving the information, correct the fields mentioned in the System Message box and click “Save” again to complete your registration.

Once your request is approved, an email will be sent to you with subject - Authenticate your UpToDate Account. If you use an email filter, please add [email protected] to your approved list.

Click on the link provided in the email to authenticate your email ID. Scroll down for the next steps.

Signing In

1. Help – A link to Registration Manual for UpToDate

2. User Id – Enter the Email ID you entered when registering

3. Password – Enter the password (case sensitive) you chose when registering

4. Forgot Password – Click here to request your password by email

If the email ID and password do not match or the email ID is not found in the system, you will encounter

a system error message. Please check your entries. If they are correct and you are still not able to get

past the error message, reach out to your District Supervisor at that point.

After the user ID and password are verified in the login page, you are now inside the

UpToDate Portal.

If accessing UpToDate directly at www.uptodate.com, Click on Login if you already have a

username and password or use the registration screen to login.
