At Upper Ford Lodge, our main aim is to provide a safe and supportive environment, enabling individuals to achieve their full potential in everyday living. Service users are strongly encouraged to have as much control as possible over their lives and the running of the home. This is achieved through on-going support from staff with the individual’s best interests at heart.

Opened in 1998, Upper Ford Lodge is a detached property located in Droitwich Spa, Worcestershire, surrounded by 1.5 acres of land. Although for many years the property had eight bedrooms, Upper Ford Lodge now has ten bedrooms and can cater for ten adults diagnosed with autism.

FacilitiesThe facilities offered by the property include a kitchen, a large dining room, two lounges, a laundry, one en-suite bedroom, nine bedrooms equipped with wash-hand basins, three toilets, and three bathrooms, fully equipped with a toilet, a bath, a shower and a sink.

The communal areas allow space for the development of existing friendships and the creation of new friendships, which is one of Upper Ford Lodge’s key principles. Additionally, the property offers a craft room, a sensory room and a large garden.
