cancer disparities in defined vulnerable and medically underserved populations in WNY

– All WNY residents benefit from available clinical and scientific advances

• to reduce tobacco use• promote healthy lifestyles and behaviors• detect cancer early• participate in clinical and research programs

• The provision of direct colorectal cancer (CRC) screening services to populations at greatest need

• Increasing CRC screening rates among the US population 50+ nationwide to 80% by 2014
