I also am talented at incorporating a blend of traditional and progressive techniques into daily activities. I differentiate activities based on the individual child's needs and interests. I also recognize the importance of the parent-child bond and believe in regularly communicating with each parent. My ideal lesson plans are inquiry based, child centered, hands on activities. I revolve much of my planning around Vygotsky's philosophies and believe that school should very much be social as we can all learn something from one another. My classroom will be filled with rigorous activities that challenge all students to learn, think critically, and progress over time. I love all my students and overall would like to provide a warm, safe, and inviting classroom and be a loving, caring, passionate teacher.
