OUTSIDE VENDOR GUILDLINES

The Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront must approve all

food brought into the Hotel.

Outside Caterers must provide food that cannot be provided

by the hotel.

Outside Caterer must provide a certificate of general liability

insurance of $1,000,000.00.

Outside Caterer and Client must sign a liability waiver prior

to the signing of the event contract.

Outside Caterer must remain on property throughout the

entire function.

Outside Caterer is not allowed to use the hotel kitchen for cooking.

reception! The ballroom splits

into 4 sections which can

accommodate a max of 250

guests each with a stage and

dance floor. With beautiful LED

GUEST ROOM BLOCKS

Based on hotel availability, Hyatt Regency

Jacksonville can offer a block of rooms for your

guests at a discounted rate. Rates will vary based

on your event date.

There is an 80% minimum pickup based on how

many room nights are contracted.

30,000 square foot Grand Ballroom, the largest event

space in Northeast Florida. The Grand Ballroom will

accommodate up to 2,120 guests for a seated banquet and

up to 3,200 for a cocktail reception. Enjoy the beautiful

river vistas offered from the 35,000 square foot Grand

Foyer, using this flexible space for receptions, meals,

breaks or exhibits.

EVENT SPACE FOR EVERY NEED

Located directly on the waterfront with a private balcony,

the River Terrace can turn any function into a memorable

event. Host up to 450 for a seated banquet and up to 600

guests for a cocktail reception. Choose from eight smaller

meeting rooms, each overlooking the magnificent

Jacksonville cityscape. Ranging in size from almost 900

square feet to over 1300 square feet, these rooms offer

great atmosphere for any meeting. The Terrace

Conference Center is perfect for meetings or exhibit space.
