DESCRIPTION
As more and more physical stores struggle to keep their doors open, UniEuro must implore new sales tactics to stay competitive. This workshop is focused on creating a new campaign strategy and visual designs to support it. After looking through the UniEuro web sites, there was no cohesiveness in the way all the information was presented. The new strategy is to combine all the information and to get customers active on Facebook, Twitter, Pintrest, and Instagram. UniWish gets customers engaged, sharing, and spreading the UniEuro brand online. UniWish uses a photo booth kiosk to take pictures of customers. Each customer can customize their “wish” and send out a message as a gift idea. All the photos taken will be used for social media and repurposed into testimonials about different products.

WHAT IS UNIWISH PrOJECT ?

The main propose of the UniWish Project is to expand Unieuro, an Italian electronic department store, through social media by using personalized customer photos.
Since the use of photos has taken an important step in the Virtual World, we came up with the idea of using a personal wish list. It combines a photo of the customer and selected products that would be displayed across multiple social media platforms.

Customer will be asked to fill their name, email, choose which catagory they identify with and pick a product they wish to purchase.
The store will display a picture of the customer according to the following facts.
Once the photo is taken it will be sent out to anyone they desire. Then Unieuro will send them Newsletter which includes a real photo file, a photo for Pinterest and a photo for instagram for them to share on any social media platform.
