EnglishThis is the list of all countries where a student can have English waived at the graduate level: United States, Australia, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Canada (except Quebec), Dominica, Grenada, Grand Cayman, Guyana, Ireland, Jamaica, Kenya, Liberia, New Zealand, Trinidad/Tobago, Singapore, or the United Kingdom.

This is based upon what the country lists as their first national language. So for example a country like Nigeria, although they speak English there they do not list English as the first language of country.

Any student outside these countries at the graduate level would need an English exam such as TOEFL or IELTS.

The undergraduate admissions adhere to this list as well but they are a bit less strict in their English countries. They allow Nigeria, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Zambia, and Uganda as well.

Students should get at least C on their O-Levels examinations from these countries on the English subject since the examination councils in these countries use a derivative of O-Levels.
