• Key decision maker conversations• Current program assessments to

address future commitment • Staff conversations and interest survey

to assess qualifications and interest in new positions

• 18 Regional Office locations identified• New positions assigned and offered by

District Directors and Program Leaders• Approximately 10% of County

Educators received a layoff notice – some were assigned local County positions as contracts developed
